1 ★Emails returned as undeliverable. I have no choice but to give a negative review. One to the address listed in the link and the other to the email given to negative respondants. The BlueLink app is saying "Update Underway. Try Again later" since installation on Saturday. (Today is Monday.) Please advise as this is unnecessary.

4 ★Love the app and it works well. My only issue has been setting time in MST (Phoenix no daylight savings). Once that was fixed no more issues. I'd like more flexibility in the number of schedules that can be set. I have found no way to reduce from 4 which cause input of extra unnecessary info.

5 ★This is a great app with a really good and easy to use programmable thermostat, the support is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone even to replace a working thermostat, the flexibility is great.

2 ★The geofencing is not accurate. We used different distances to check if it improved, but it did not. We can be 300 miles away from home and it shows "home awake"

2 ★Painful user experience. Keeps logging out every time the phone screen turns off. Trying to save schedule updates or overrides fails not often than not. Does not allow me to view temperature of individual sensors. So many ways this could be improved!!!!

2 ★It's constantly disconnected and I can't contact it I have a good internet service down there where it's just installed at. Not sure what you need to do but it's very irritating to try to contact your thermostat by Wi-Fi in it not available update December 18th 2019 still constantly drops my Wi-Fi is good my internet is good constantly has no connect for several days at a time then reconnects Update modem is about 20 ft away or less still drops out all the time

5 ★Lets me adjust the temp while I'm away from home. The geofence feature is a great idea. For the thermostat to understand when you leave or come home & set the temp accordingly, is really cool

4 ★It occasionally glitches. But it works well overall. Some features are only on the desktop app and vis versa. Best part is energy savings when out and getting a comfortable house just as you get back.

4 ★1st time set up easy, the tstat saves our business $60.00 month when we utilize geo fence. We had to disconnect stat to run new wire. Setting up the 2nd time to wifi had no success.

5 ★Had some issues but soon as I posted that and sent an email, I got a call back the same day and got the issue fixed! Thank you so much! Really enjoying the app features with our thermostat.

3 ★When it works it is the greatest, but mine only worked for about 1-2 months. Then it disconnected, and we haven't been able to get anyone to help reconnect it. It's been about 5 months.

4 ★Good product for sure. Easy to learn, easy to use but a little clumsy to configure the app first time use.
