2 ★Slow loading, spotty service. Could be built much better. However, the billing section seems to always work fine, I wonder why that is the most reliable part of the app? Haha

4 ★The app is great. The customer service & billing is THE WORST! Charges appear & 4 different people gave 4 different answers. Would not remove then shut off service til paid. Can't wait for phone contract to be over.

5 ★First time with sprint 2018- loveeee it..This app helps me pay my bill when I forget its on autopay and don't load my card !! Plus has all of our history and our upgrade info. Worth it.

1 ★Shows more errors and won't open much more often than being correct. Since the so called merge it is worse, Tmobile having several issues not able or not willing to correct

1 ★I left T-MOBILE to come to Sprint and now I having the same problem with this merge. My phone service works when it want. I have to call in once a month to have them fix the problem. It's fine I'm looking for a new mobile network.

1 ★DO NOT SWITCH OUT YOUR SIM CARD FOR THE "NEW" CARD! After switching to the new sim card half my apps are not working. The Sprint Family Locater doesn't work. I tried reinstalling the old sim card however they have disabled any wifi. I've been with SPRINT for close to 30 years. Time for me to choose a new carrier.

2 ★I transferred my 2 lines to my husband's account when we married and this $191 was a :hanging chad"! The rest of the service expenses transferred....I have since left Sprint and STILL save money for more services. So expensive. 👎🏼

1 ★The Sprint Network as a whole, is 1 star. With the Sprint/Tmobile merger... it took an already slow and pretty useless service and made it worse. A prepaid phone such as StraightTalk has way better service and networking.. great job Sprint. 👍🤦‍♂️

1 ★Now i have no network connection where it has never been a problem. PS i am in the NYC metro area so there should be coverage.

3 ★Used to be able to go directly to my bill just by going to My Sprint. Now must log in to account and if I want it saved, must go through new security and biometrics. What a waste of time!

1 ★Customer support is a joke and will say they fixed it qnd then tell you it will reflect in 60 days. Then it passes and no changes to bill. Took over $400 extra from me and wanted me to take a $50 credit. What a joke. Bought out by Verizon cause they are all trash
