1 ★I'm done with this company. Your unlimited data comes with limits no matter which plan one has... It also has me roaming almost all the time when I'm in the road cross country so that I can't connect to anyone. That's just dangerous. Also your perks aren't of anything that I need... Because I need unlimited... True unlimited... Data. I work from my phone but with this company it is absolutely impossible to do so. I'll be switching to a better more reliable company before my next bill.
1 ★Boost needs to become customer friendly and get better technical support. Every month before the middle of the month, I get a text message saying I've al.ost used up my data allowance(although I have unlimited data)and it's going to slow speeds after 115mb. How is that possible? Sounds like Verizon might become my new service if I see that message again.(I have 3 lines)
5 ★I love boost mobile! I have had their services for years! Their phones are great! They have a wonderful upgrade deal. I even reffered my family to boost and they use it as well. I normally get great service everywhere i go.. I simply love them their AMAZING company and helped me when i had trouble paying my bill due to the covid-19! I would not switch my service for nothing!
5 ★Boost Mobile is by far the most user friendly service I know of, have enjoyed there service for over a decade now. I have been a customer of boost for over a decade, since they were sending dayed texts two days late, back before smart pones came out. They do the most to keep you in once they do, plus their free incoming calls and texts after unpaid service help a ton, and they hold onto your accounts for some time.
1 ★My service itself has been kinda bad im gonna try one more time. I called boost to try and resolve the problem and waskinda rushed off the phone saying i needed an update. This will be my first opportunity to see if it has helped or if i was just brushed off.
4 ★I'm a Virgin Mobile switched to Boost. I think this app is more complicated than Virgin was,why doesn't it just remember me and save password. I haven't even tried to add money to a friend's account. Boost service is good in WV. Now that I'm used to boosts payment app.it works for me! Now 4 star's.
3 ★My service isnt as strong as it was before i moved. My data connection is slower. I cant upgrade my phone because my phone was turned off in November regardless that i have been with the company for over a year. Although i can buy a phone straight out for $180 from Boost, i can get the same phone from Walmart for $143.
3 ★Data usage readout not accurate enough. This practice is skewed against the customer. Needs to be in MBs, or thousandths of GBs, not just to tenths of GBs. 11 digit autofill phone numbers (leading "1+") not being accepted by sign-in. Auto cuts off last digit of phone number. Needs fixing. 02/28/21: Update. Fixed. Autofill now works. Still no change with Data Usage to tenths of GB only; should be to thousandths of Gig.
3 ★It takes too long to get on to your site sometimes and it is not a great deal to only be able to buy 2 gigabytes of hotspot, then one GB of hotspot for a total of $15. I use my Hotspot to watch my Roku TV so not such a great deal.
1 ★This is the worst fn phone company in the history of phones. If I could give it a negative rating I would.On top of your CSR hanging up on me wasting 2 hours of my time trying to troubleshoot they were Ridiculous in the knowledge of the service provided. They didn't fix a damn thing & the service just absolutely sucks.This is what happens when you rush & don't do your research. I'm disgusted I wastedy money but even more that they allow companies like this garbage to stay in business.
1 ★This phone company used to be good until you started putting a data cap of 35 gigabytes fastb data capthat don't even last long it don't even last a whole month of your phone plan it goes really slow after that you can't even watch YouTube on your phone go on Google Facebook or none of that this is not unlimited 4G LTE planned so can you please stop lying and fix the problem it's no way that I have to pay fifty $60 and have to connect to Wi-Fi just to use my phone so disappointed
5 ★My experience with boost has always been problem free along with customer service. I've been a customer since 2005 when the Walkie-Talkie feature was popular with unlimited use costing a $1 a day & all calls free after 9pm, cuz god knows u didnt wanna burn up all your precious minutes. Anyways I'd recommend it cuz you can get a decent unlimited plan,pay ur bill just about anywhere and best of all NO CONTRACT. That alone can put a smile on ur face 😉
