2 ★Although the app is very convenient! The platform rips you off with these outrageous trip fees! I've dealt with some incredible host but the platform itself makes the whole experience horrible! Do yourself a favor a get a secured credit card and go to you local rental agency you'll come out cheaper with less headache.

1 ★By far this was the worst rental experience that I've ever had dealing with Terrell what is so bad is that they're trying to charge me over $3,000 for a car that was already mechanically damaged when they rented it to me. I did it by stroller with a high I felt about the situation and it's terrible that they're allowing the hosts to try to make a damage claim for something that was not damaged as we all know it is your responsibility to ensure as a host that the car is running properly. 1 ★failed to follow through with any attempt to correct my account p roblems even though we had a vehicle out. leaving a little option except for to seek out our transportation requirements somewhere else very disappointed the way they handle my situation was very unprofessional and showed a strong lack of concern for the customer and clients
