1 ★very bad experience for rider. the authorities only protect the interests of the passengers. even some passenger sends requests and whenever you reach they dont pick up the phone even if dont cancel the ride. some time ride requests come from the long distant serprisingly. moreover passengers dont want to cancel the ride but if the rider does it then app goes blocked for a while. that is very much disgusting. the authorities should take note these issues.

2 ★Every notifications make sound that is major problem. Without ride request every notifications sound is totally useless and disturbing. And you should improve communication system and provide calling feature. And when i set destination its take too much to to get a ride request. And please add auto accept features.thanks.

4 ★All is well but one thing needs to be improved, the map has to be rotated 360 degrees like other maps so it was not easy for us to find the direction When we go to pick up the passenger. Thank you ❤️

4 ★Nice to get extra money but have some issue with it.. Like even passenger cancelled the ride its not shown when we reach there and w8 and call they said they already canceled and i tried to accept then its shows already canceled by user becoz of this my fuel wasted 2nd thing is navigation long route shown and sometime we lost in anknown place.. 3rd thing is its says we ll get booking under 2km but some time we have to go for 3 4 km bcoz of this navigation system.. Fixed it please

1 ★Horrible experience and service. Everything's glitchy and stuttery. Can't even upload a god damn profile picture directly from the app and you have to contact Pathao for that! Not to mention their service is horrible! Most important of all, requests come but notifications don't show up!

4 ★Although good but I think it need to be more updated. For example, when I minimise the app, and then if there any call coming for ride and then I open it, I see nothing but the notification sound continue ringing.
