1 ★I fault myself partially because I usually read reviews. But I literally paid 220 for the 550 the voice command does not and will not configure with my note 10 plus..

1 ★This app made half of my other apps to crash. More specifically, the camera and flashlight stopped working. I thought changing the camera hardware would fix it. Ended up buying a new camera and back cover (glass). Didnt not fix a thing. After doing some research, I was led to either reset my phone to factory settings or start deleting apps one by one. The first one was BlueParrot and tried the camera. It worked perfect. Wasted my money because of it. Totally worthless. I wouldn't recommend it.
1 ★Doesn't work for configuring Blueparrott button (the headset works fine for the rest) on my nexus 5x. Had to use my wife's phone. The app asks for unnecessary location permission.
1 ★Couldn't even open the app from first download. My phone is newer and is up to date. The app wanted me to create a login, and then immediately crashed and failed to run. When compared with the other reviews, it's not worth it. Headsets are great though Consider re tooling your software, and I am sure the quality of the hardware will help
1 ★app is useless doesnt do anything. doesnt load contacts so it has the ability to read out the contact name rather then "unknown caller" for every call.You cant even reply to a message or say call this person. It's so far behind you pay so much more for a BlueParrott headset, yet it doesnt even match the technology of let's say Samsung headset. what are we paying for anyways? I paid $160 for the 450 and it doesnt have a range of up to 350ft maybe 10ft.

1 ★Every time i try to open the app, it crashes. Oh well, i can use the bluetooth without it. You know, for Blueparrott to claim they are the best, seems kina funny they cant even make a working app. If this bluetooth has the same problems as your app, i will happily go back to using roadking. At least with them i know i will get about 8 months to a year of problem free use. Blueparrott made it maybe 30 seconds with their app
1 ★"Blueparrot button not available. parrot button not connected" Notification will not go away 24/7 when your headset isn't connected. Also why does your app require a login? to use a headset to my phone for calls? It has nothing at all to do with internet, storage and especially nothing that should need my email and login password. My 2nd blueparrot headset and absolutely my last.
1 ★They removed the ONLY thing that made this headset worth the money. They took away SMS reader. The noise cancellation also does not work. The headset was worth the cost but if it wont read text messages incoming it is NOT worth it. There are cheaper headsets on the market. Ive been buying Blue Parrot since they started and have every model with exception to the duel ear. I will no longer buy any of their products if this function does not come back. As an OTR driver this was good. No Longer
1 ★Terrible app, it nearly disabled my 3 year old and very reliable headset. I use my VXI B350-XT on both a Samsung running Android 8.0 and an iPhone running iOS 13.1.2. There is no reason this app should be flawed and buggy. Stay away. Update your firmware online, and use this without the app. The headset works as advertised when you don't use the app.
3 ★I survived without the app for a long time. My biggest disappointment with my latest 450 model is that they still refuse to add the button to do play pause stop. One-point off just for that. My Bluetooth headset has a low power amount right now being on for 2 days, but it is still coming up saying it is full power. So apparently this app is not accurate. The hardware products are absolutely phenomenal except for play pause stop. When they add that and improve the app, I will definitely give 5 *
