The Beltone HearMax app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

1 ★It works on my S10+ but keeps stopping on my tablet before it even connects to my hearing aids. 1st Edit, Jan 30, 2022. Found that my tablet is not compatible, only IPads are. Also now app will not connect to hearing aids yet the aids will connect to my phone. Making the advance streaming and TV Link features useless. Hence the 1 star review because zero stars is not an option.
1 ★App is slow & resets all the time. I can't remember a day that this app doesn't need restarted at least 6 times a day. This is one of the worst apps I have on my phone. Any time I feel like I am not hearing right I can go to this app & click on my favorite setting to see it has changed from where I set it.
1 ★Hearing aids will NOT stay connected. And when they disconnect they will not attempt to reconnect until both the phone and hearing aids are rebooted. Hearing aids that cost $8000 should NOT have issues connecting to a smartphone. Beltone really needs to find some software developers that know how to program apps !!!!
5 ★Belton hearing aid has the best and clearest sounds. Great to be able to adjust with no background sounds or buzzing. I had other aids before that couldn't compare their sound was not clear and always had buzzing. Beltone is far superior.
2 ★App has become very disappointing. Quite often it won't even open. I have to RE-PAIR my aids multiple times a week because it is always telling me one or the other isn't connected and it flakes in red! I've been a long time BELTONE customer and have spent thousands of dollars so I'm very upset with this app.
1 ★I'm on galaxy a32 5G and I cannot get my hearing aid connected with this version app and I was wondering what can I do to connect it?
2 ★My beltone hearing aids are a huge improvement over the phone act ones that I had before, but this app is extremely disappointing. Every day I put my hearing aids in then have to open the app sometimes two or three times before it actually opens, then wait for the hearing aids to connect to the app, and then turn the goddamn noise filter back on. Maybe I'm missing something really obvious but you think that would be an option that it would default to if you wanted. There's more but I'm out of ch
1 ★About half the time I have to reconnect the hearing aids in the morning to get the app to work. They connect to my phone but not to the app
1 ★Very unstable and take too long to reconnect if one forgot to turn ON the Blue tooth before starting the App. Once its to reconnect mode it remember the hearing aid state even if one reboot or shutdown the cellphone. It needs to deinstall and reinstall as the faster way to reconnect the hearing aid. But you lost all your favourite. 2nd thing, it does not have function to change factory default to your own default aetting. One has to go to the retailer to set the personal default setting.
4 ★Good to have, but depending on your phone & what you do, Bluetooth connection not always reliable
1 ★Hearing aids constantly disconnect and takes several attempts to re- pair with the app. Audio streaming only works on one hearing aid at a time. The worst hearing aid product I have used. After using the hearing aids for over a year the app no longer connects at all. Useless piece of junk software. Will never buy Beltone again.
5 ★FIrst time wearing hearing aids; very pleased. I looked at three other providers and Beltone was definitely the best product and at a better price. Follow up and adjustments have been excellent. Free trial period was very important to me as I have known many who have invested in hearing aids but won't wear them. Highly recommend.
