2 ★After having to change the flight dates the app doesn't update it. Thus I'm recieving the notifications for the wrong flight. I can't believe something as basic as this doesn't update. Definitely the last time I'm using edreams. If you have the same issue go to the actual airline website and search by airline booking reference... On paper the app is useful to have a lot of things at one place and convenient but the above problem and the difficulty to get support makes this unusable for me.
1 ★Don't use eDreams overall, nor the app. I booked 1 flight, had 3 issues in total. After booking a 2nd time (prices being higher so loss of money), the app the booking was confirmed, while going on the website later, I discovered my first flight was not fully booked... so the info on the app was very simply wrong. Loss of time, loss of money, lots of stress and anger. Don't use eDreams.
1 ★Website very buggy. Advertised as easy cancel your Prime Membership; upon a mere check, there's no way around it to do it. Downloaded the app, it directs you to a number. Calling the number he's trying to sell you stars and the moon to keep it. Had to argue for a short while that I don't want anything from them but to cancel the membership. Damn ridiculous!
1 ★Very bad experience with this website. They literally robb you. Be careful when you want to check out in the website and confirm the transaction. When I wanted to buy the ticket, they show it's 45 euros and it's cheaper than all other websites. When you want to pay , the button also says pay 45 euros. But wt the end, they deduct 70 euros from your account and you can't do anything about it because the ticket is non refundable. Worst experience ever.
1 ★It's a scam. I was charged €75 for prime experience without any prompting. They make you sign up for the Prime after you buy tickets to confirm booking. Also I paid extra to be able to cancel my flight in the future but I can't cancel it, make any changes or anything. Can't even add a bag in this app. I guess I have a year to figure out how to cancel the prime membership before they steal my money again. Customer service is non existent as well. There is nowhere to write or call.
1 ★Interestingly enough the prices are higher in the edreams app than serching on the PC for the same trip (erasing the coockies is advised) so why anybody will use the app? ... To pay more? Also the "prime price" is very deceiving, showing in the way it is. After using Edreams for more than a decade I starting to switch to other companies. (After the answer I have to changed from 3 to 1 star)
1 ★Booked a flight with this group, a waste of time as had to go through tje whole process again with ryanair. Forced into a free trial for one month after which €89.99 automatically deducted. Plenty of emails advising of offers during the month but none to advise that free trial is ending. Feeling conned as would not have continued. Have emailed my complaint. Interesting to see where that goes.
5 ★I have problems about cancel the subscription and takes as a payment method any card you have used even without your permission to make payments. But I call it and they resolved everything and take me discounts. I really appreciate the support assistant! All the problems were solved!
1 ★This app is a scam. You have to sign up for their prime program, you can't move forward with any booking until you do, they say it's a 30 day trial and you can cancel anytime but there has been no easy way for me to do so. There is no customer support, the app keeps redirecting to booking a flight when trying to cancel prime. I have flagged the prime charge from this app as fraud as there is no way to cancel it. Will not be using this again.
1 ★Horrible experience with these people. I paid for insurance and still have not received my refund. It has been 4 months, and they keep blaming the airline. Which is not accurate when i have spoken with them. Horrible company, dont trust them. Update: it has almost been a year. I still have not received my refund, and that was with purchasing insurance
1 ★Its a useless app they automatically deducted 54euro on my debit card that they say its for subscription but i never even book using this app and i called the number that they put it online but the number does not exist. I will not recommend this app. I tried to cancel my subscription but they keep me pointing to customer care thta does not exist as well.
1 ★Bought a ticket and had to change it due to visa issues. The waiting times are immense for calls, even with Prime; the chat teams don't know the web platform & tell you someone will call. If you're at work and can't answer, you can't call back. Prices shown on the website don't match what the agent presents. The agents aren't seniors & proactive helping you find solutions. You save 50E booking, but pray to God you don't need assistance. I ended canceling, not rebooking. Low loooow quality
