2 ★Wasn't too happy when, before leaving on my trip, I asked about my return boarding passes as it turned out they weren't available until 48 hours before I'm due to fly back, I received no reply. My concern was getting access to a printer as I've no way to do so, therefore, how could I possibly print them? Luckily I'm visiting my daughter who's a teacher in Spain. She printed them at her work. If I'd just been on holiday at a hotel I'd have no way to do that. Also, not everyone has a mobile phone!
1 ★Absolute very bad service, i 've never experienced such this sort of rubish attitude!. I purchased my ticket from London to Nairobi, the airline has made some changes to my flight and the cofirmation E-mail is sent to them for two weeks now I am sending an Email requesting them to get the wright ticket, but they just keep sending me unexisiting ticket which is no longer available. The worst agency I ever come accross. They don't even deserve a star👎👎.
1 ★I've contacted them 4 times over the last 4 days and still no response. I paid extra to have special services and have received zero help. I did not receive the option to add checked luggage when purchasing my ticket so I specifically paid extra to make sure this was done. Now I'm probably going to get my pocket book raped when I go to check luggage for my flight. I'll never use them again.
1 ★Don't book through this agency. Once you get in trouble such as current covid situation you will be going crazy. It takes days to respond. They don't have telephone support. I have reservation in a week and i cannot access it.. It simply does not appear. And no response to shout out for help. Never ever again. I prefer paying 10 euros more but go directly through airline.
1 ★I had problems with booking first try and at that point I should use another intermediary service to buy tickets. Then another 2 problems occurs that should not took place. 1) For ryanair airlines after check-in we dont recieve mobile tickets - you need to print them! 2) For vueling airlines we need to check-in by ourselfs - no automatic check-in, no information about that whatsoever. This is especially confusing after automatic check-in at ryanair! A lot to improve from esky side.

More than 3 months I'm waiting to get refund from them for my tickets and still nothing...They don't give me any updates and I'm the one who keeps messaging them, and they just answer the same thing every time... I understand the difficulty of the current situation, but I don't believe they do enough to help me or other people...
1 ★Do not use eSky please. I had a terrible experience with them. After paying for my ticket they sent two emails asking me to top up the initial amount paid. I paid the amounts coz they said I would lose my ticket. A day before my flight they sent another email saying that my ticket was cancelled. I tried reaching out to them but I failed and they have no publicly available platform except their email. The did not refund me in full even though I wasn't to blame for this mix up.
1 ★When I booked for my family of four, I paid for per check-in, myself and wife and young children were situated all over the plane, when I rang about this they said it was nothing to do with them, will never use them again no help better book directly with the airline for a few euro more, and you can't get you board tickets 48 hours before the flight
1 ★The worst possible app and services I have ever used. All the prices are low till you make the first step to book your ticket. Then the price is up . I bought additional package so in case i need to be able to change the dates or the departure place ....but no ZERO ....They took the money tight away but when i had to use it they explained me that the pacage i bought is just for not paing taxes to them ....helllloooo then dont confuse the customers . I have been waitjing on the fone about 10 min so i can talk to someone ....which beside not helping me wad telling me jow the things can not happen. BAD BAD BAD ESKY .NEVER AGAIN . i will spread the news so less people get in to that horible agency, application and site
1 ★In 30 days you should return money as the law says. Buttom line. But we have European Costumer Protection also, don't worry. It's nice to buy all over again tickets and the money to roll in but not refound it back. It's good for your company and loses but the client doesn't matter at all. Do not buy tickets from eSky, it's the best option. How many days the law says it's maximum for refound?
1 ★I hate this damm app. I used it to get a ticket for my honeymoon. Then after I get the ticket my father in-law told me that he already plans our honeymoon for us all we have to do is get the flight tickets to the destination he give us. But this scam app is not reacheable all I want to do is change the destination. I think I will call the airplane itself to see what they can do.
1 ★6 hours before our flight and still no boarding pass has been sent, I had to go on the website of the plane company and check in myself even though I paid extra for automatic check in. When I called them they said it's hard for them to keep up because of corona since there are many planes that get cancelled. Save yourself the hassle and order straight from the provider. Not from this app.
