1 ★Customer service is really bad. They don't really give a heck about their customers concern. Even though I need their services, I uninstalled it. Later realised there's plenty of other good delivery apps that serve you better!
2 ★The app is very glitchy on my phone. It keeps getting stuck at "Setting up your Dunzo" screen. Have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work every time.
1 ★Horrible. It doesn't work at all. Idk why I installed the app. Whenever I open it says due to high demand our service area is limited. If they like to cut off many area then why have stupid app at all?
