Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★I would give this app zero stars if I could. I got a new phone, and had to reload all my apps. I forgot my password, so I clicked on the forgot password link. It said it couldn't find me in the database. I've been using CVS for more than 10 years!! Then I tried registering, and it still couldn't find my info. I have been a CVS pharmacy user for YEARS. How can it not find me??!!!!
2 ★Secure messaging part of app constantly says error has occurred. This has been happening for at least a year.
1 ★This app is the worst. If I could give it no stars that's what I will do. I downloaded the app a few years back and it gave me a hard time logging in with a message saying "a problem has occurred please call customer service at..." This totally defeats the purpose of the app. I have gone through several phones, dozens of passwords trying to reset it and the problem persists. Customers service said they will try to work on it but I doubt it.
1 ★Overall app is terrible. I get to the end, to submit my order and it gives me an error. I call the number to report it, they take the information and then transfer me to someone else that has to verify all of my information again, only to be told that it's too early for to reorder and I need to call back in a day or two. (This is after I have received multiple emails reminding me to reorder.) This has happened to me multiple times over a couple of months and nothing is fixed. Don't bother.
2 ★The app bumps me over to my system permissions at least once every time I use it. I won't want to activate location, fingerprint, any of that. I want my refill sent to the address I entered in manually, using a password that I save in my phone. That's it. Any feature that a user is repeatedly pressured to use after declining is not a feature. It's a flaw and an annoyance.
1 ★For some reason every time I use this app it changes my phone settings to where it vibrates with any button press. (Haptic feedback). Makes it really annoying to use. It only happens with this app and I do use the fingerprint sign-in which I suspect is the issue. I think I will stay away from the app until it gets fixed because it makes me uncomfortable that an app is changing my phone settings.
1 ★Used to love this app because of the convenience but now I haven't been able to sign in for months and the last time I ordered a refill it was delayed for a reason I still don't know and I played phone tag with CVS Specialty customer service while my insurance and savings card distributor said everything was fine on their end. It was the most disappointing experience.
1 ★This app was horrible. My account was referred to collections for $60 because I couldn't decipher my payments from the insurance company. I had to call CVS to get monthly statements mailed to me so I could tell how much I actually owed. Twice I had prescriptions put on hold because payments would not process correctly. I would get text messages the day before my meds were supposed to be delivered saying there was a problem; I would then have to call CVS and make payments by phone - then get my meds rushed. The final time was because, "the app couldn't tell which expiration date was valid" when I ordered a new credit card and updated my information. I deleted this horrible app and will NEVER use it again.
1 ★This app needs major work. Like so many others it will not let me log in, it says that my information does not match any account that they have on record. I am on another phone so I had to download the app on this phone and it is not the same app picture that is on the old phone. They may have updated the app? It no longer works for me.
1 ★If I had other options I wouldn't use CVS speciality pharmacy. Financial portion of the app doesn't work, tracking of Rx doesn't work, and each time I have requested a refill I get a text that I need to call customer service. Then customer service says they don't know why I got that message. If you have options for a specialty pharmacy go with another option. This one needs an overhaul.
2 ★This app doesn't allow payments to be made on your account. You have to use the website. It doesn't do push notifications. So you will always miss your medicine if you're going to rely on this P.O.S. Set up different reminders, because CVS dropped the ball majorly with this garbage. I have emailed their support 10 times, and never got a response. Too bad Walgreens didn't have a specialty pharmacy in my area, because CVS needs to go to hell.
2 ★I have not been able to get into my account for months. It always comes back with an error message and to call customer support. I have done that over and over and still nothing has changed. I have to call everytime and then go thru 2 or 3 people just to get to put in an order for my medicines.
