1 ★I never even reached the point of using the app for its intended purpose. The incessant notifications, alerting me that a hotspot was nearby and asking me whether I wanted to connect, were so infuriating thst I uninstalled the app. Every time I dismissed the notification, and every time it quickly reappeared. Even after I disabled notifications *entirely* for the app, I continued to receive the notification -- with the helpful, baffling header "silent notifications. No thank you
5 ★I don't know why these vendors ask for reviews when one hasn't had time to use it. Anyway, this app isn't complicated, so, I'm able to give it a review of 5. It suites it's purpose very well.

1 ★Absolutely infuriating!!! Xfinity Hotspots are available to everybody bc of the pandemic, Im an Xfinity customer yet I STILL cannot sign in to a single hotspot! Ive tried via my Android phone and my PC to see if a different device might help, but to no avail. I do everything the instructions say but nothing works. I go to the map of hotspots but theres no way to click any of the Hotspot icons on the map to try and connect to the hotspot and theres no other possible solutions so nothing happens
2 ★Because when i try to use it, it always say, i need to be connected to the wifi. If i was already connected to wifi i wouldnt be trying to connect the hotspot

1 ★I hate Comcast/Xfinity. They are price gougers. The signal strength of their hotspots are so low that I have to wait so long to download a webpage or game that it times out and you would have to start over. The customer service is horrible. You cannot get in touch with an agent without going through an automatic system and sometimes it will not even connect you with an agent. If you are unlucky enough to get through to an agent for help, the agent cannot speak English to be understood.
1 ★From hotel pc does not connect to mobile hot spots eventhough it is shared. No tech support live is available to talk. The hotspor distance is just 0.1 mile. ,
3 ★I'm new to xfinity but I will say considering the setting of times with the convioid pandemic and the political scene in need of restoration. I'd say xfinity has taught of everything! I mean as a customer the benefits of WiFi hotspots app access is genius. Now at first this was an actualization of how to use or navigate the app was total confusion and it took time to get acquainted. But, when you learn how to you will be the envy of all your friends! This app will save you money( data ).
