A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

2 ★The new mobile order pickup has nearly made the app unusable. I will usually order and then my wife goes to pick it up. She now has to scan a code to pickup, which she cannot do without taking my phone with her. She waited for someone to help her in line, but they were too busy passing out orders to the cars behind her. Plus you can't remove ingredients now from salads, which she has an allergy to tomatoes and they have to make it special. They have made it so difficult to order without the app.
1 ★Can't Order Delivery Anymore, My phone is running on the latest software, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing, contacted support, nothing. I don't have a car or transportation to my local chick fil a so I was using delivery. It's disappointing because I can't redeem rewards through the app for delivery because I get an error message, and can't use rewards through doordash directly. I've lost so many rewards the past few months because of this
3 ★App used to work great. Now I get weird errors when trying to complete orders. I'll arrive at the store and my completed order and it will vanish. The Notification of approaching the restaurant won't go away even after I pick up my order. As a base the app is great but the bugs in the past few months need to be fixed.
1 ★App keeps logging me out, requiring me to log in each time the app is opened telling me I must log back in due to an "unexpected error". Mobile orders cannot be customized & no way to order without meat via the app. One of the worst things about the app is that it FORCES you to save your payment card, not giving you the option not to. I have to manually remove it. The fact that the app forces you to store your Credit or Debit card info where anyone could access it whenever they chose is NOT ok.
5 ★The app itself is well-coded. I got to the restaurant with a mobile drive thru order and the line was slammed. I looked in the app and I could change to pickup or curbside! I did so and ducked the line, chilled in my car. Nice. App had its problems but improved overtime. It works, I like the rewards. Sure, sometimes it works weird, notification mess up, screens aren't going right. But generally, every time, I can order chicken and get it.
1 ★Worst thing Chick Fil a has ever come up with. The app works but the service is horrible. I downloaded it because half the drive thru was reserved for the service and the regular line was moving slow. It was really confusing I had to find a QR code to scan. Then pull around and they'll bring me my stuff. I pulled around I didn't know where to wait and it wasn't clear so I waited 30 minutes and received nothing. I went inside asked them to cancel my order and left. Really disappointed.
1 ★The app sucks!! At least for me. When I went to add my order and check out, I had to verify it was me, so they sent me a code through my phone, which I did input, and it takes me to the policies, and from there it wouldn't let me do anything. I didn't see where I had to agree to any policy, and when I tried to place my order again, it kept sending me verification codes and back to the policies. I already verified my email, and it still doesn't work.
1 ★This app has never worked right for me. For years and years I've tried it. My sisters apple works without issue but android? Apparently not. It will load up fine but will not pick a location. I've tried un/re-installing. Nothing works. Obviously they don't want my bussiness because it has been literally years. Disappointed.
2 ★Order status notification won't close anymore after recent update. Have to force end the app. The entire mobile order process seems to have been designed by people that don't understand the concept of mobile ordering. I order ahead because I want to walk in, grab the food, and leave. This system wants me to walk into the store, click a button, then wait longer than the people in line to get my food.
1 ★App Un-Usable on Motorola Stylus 5G 2022. Can't get passed restaurant screen unless I long press on the app icon and select pick up. Going onto the app normally and selecting the restaurant keeps looping over and over. If I do get passed that it won't take payment. Running latest version of phone software and app update. Uninstalled and re-installed.
3 ★Works well for the most part but can no longer leave special instructions so can't request sauces beforehand. Also the amount you have in your funds doesn't update until you checkout which is extremely annoying and has caused issues when you go to look and it says X amount available but then you go to check out and it changes.
3 ★Why don't you allow selecting a pickup time. So simple. Instead, if I want a seamless experience I have to gauge when I will arrive, go back to the app in the middle of my trip to the restaurant and select I'm there when I'm not yet, just so it will be ready when I actually want it to be ready. Great fast food, fantastic customer service and training, real dumb over site on the app
