1 ★Often impossible to connect

1 ★User is not able to do anything with this app. Basically just a prettier version of Insite Gold. Cannot even add a site picture. Cannot configure anything.

1 ★Same problems as insitegold. After latest app update it hangs when connecting to site via swanserver. The worst experience that you could imagine- total incompetence of app makers and they charge money for this!

1 ★So bad software. I cannot receive any notification in background. If i do not login to the software I do not know if there is an alarm at house. The events are empty. everything is bad. Why I pay this software?

1 ★I was hoping for better connectivity than insite gold but the problem is still here! CANT CONNECT TO THE PANEL 3/4 OF THE TIME! C'mon guys, you can do better.

1 ★Eratic performance.Last week i returned home after midnight.app tells me my subscription is no more valid.I didn't receive any reminder.So i have to pay for a low grade app to use it with paradox module.

4 ★The application works well but the widget has some problems with synchronisation. If I press refresh it doesn't show anything, practically in many cases widget is inactive. Please resolved issued with widget.

1 ★I paid for this rubbish. Then they take control away with the IP150+ Very disappointed.

1 ★I wasted money buying the paradox IP 150 Module. Connection via swan was pathetic. I am now using a south African made device for the last 2 months connected to my paradox alarm and had zero issues since.
