A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

4 ★over all a very good app. I love that we can add family and friends that interact with the children so everyone can be an active participant and not feel like they have to go through one parent or the other, and I love how well it keeps records. I would like to see the messages grouped from first to last in print out or something so they are easier to follow, and there's no option to add another reply to a message. so one parent can post 2 replies and have only one show up in the thread.
1 ★Consistently crashes. Does not sync with Google calendar. Charges you and obscene fee to pay through them that takes forever. It's not a very intuitive platform and I find myself arguing with my ex more over glitches and such that have prevented clear communication. There are free apps that do a better job out there but here we are being court ordered to use our family wizard for over $100 a year. I guess as long as everybody's getting paid nobody cares about what happens to the actual families
1 ★This app does not let me login. I like the service and have been using it successfully for years. The tone meter was worth it for a year. I would put a 4 or 5 star if I could login. To be clear, I know my login credentials, I use them in the browser on my phone and computer. It likely is something with the version of Android and updates.
5 ★I had the pleasure of speaking to Mitch who is one of the customer support personnel. He had helped me navigate through this App because of it being the first time using and experience the App. I couldn't have more satisfied with his professionalism and guidance. Although I haven't got a chance to actually use this App or comment on it's potential. I already feel like it will assist me because of the postive encounter I had from the customer support team (Mitch) and the help he had provided.
1 ★I'm forced to use this, it is slow outside of metropolitan areas, and has a limited usage despite my paying for it. Use email unless a court forces you otherwise.
5 ★I know some people have had some issues in the past with their iPhones. But that's just hearsay from my ex-wife! 🤣 The 2 phones that I've had this App on is the Samsung Galaxy note 8+ and the Galaxy note 10+... This app has worked phenomenally on both phones and I love it! The recent updates have been pleasing as well. Many new options! I recommend it as a way to submit authorized documentation of things that may have to be brought up in unfortunate Legal battles... 5 stars!
1 ★It doesn't give me notifications..it delays alot.
4 ★Things they could improve on is to make it easier to go back to old messages or sort through messages more efficiently on the mobile app. The calendar could be updated where it would be easier to put your parenting time down more efficiently. also having a page devoted to parenting holidays agreement.
1 ★Your app sucks and for me having to pay for the this service, either fix the glitches or give me my money back for both account that I am paying for. Too many crashes, too many times not able to login, too many crashes, tells me issues with my email however no issues cause I'm still getting issues and verified my email is correct. TOO MANY ISSUES. FIX IT
5 ★this is good app for divorced parents. all convos can be monitored by court officials. the only thing i wish it had that my old app had is a way to track time spent with kids, and that this app would figure up the amount of days you are supposed to have compared to actual time spent with kids. i.e. - my old app would say your suppose to have this much time, this is how much time you actually get, figured it up and gave a % of time spent w/kid and how much time a parent deviates from schedule.
3 ★I dont like that you have to manually log in to the app every single time. has loading and notification issues as well
1 ★THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. EMPLOYEES DONT COMMUNICATE & SOUND HALF ASLEEP WHEN CALLING. SUPERVISOR DOESN'T EVEN CALL BACK. I SENT IN MY DD214 3 TIMES THIS WEEK & EACH TIME I WAS TOLD TO WAIT 3-5 DAYS, NOW ITS FRIDAY & GUESS WHAT... THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY ACCOUNT PAYMENT METHOD SET UP!
