1 ★I used to be able to zoom in and go side to side, can't do that any more. Constantly have issues with connectivity and the cameras actually picking up movement. I've had to reset th system and cameras more times than I can count, and it hasn't even been a year yet
1 ★You have to pay for everything with Vivint. You have to pay for installation (included in the pricey equipment). If one of your equipment is faulty they would replace it for free, but it's not always that way. Long list of negative experience. You're better off going with Protect America or Ring. I will be switching to Ring soon, only $10 per month with NO contract instead of Vivint's $50/month with 5 year contract. PA is $20/month w/ 3 yr contract.
3 ★Top many issues with Vivint. Cannot get app to work on my Samsung Nook Tablet , keeps saying password or user are incorrect . So deleted app and reinstalled. Now says cannot connect to my servers check my connection yet can get into internet.Will not call Vivint to help anymore. When we had to change totes first time they sent tech out to reconnect cameras and he noticed wires on HUB not been connected by them when they installed system. Connected them and they renewed our contract just be of
3 ★Total ripoff. Was told i would receive window sensors,indoor cams.front/back door automation. ReceivedHD quality only when recording stills.was told $99.00 for initial hookup and$40.00 mnthly for service. Which was totally false. Was never told i woud be taking out a $2,000 credit line with Fortiva. With astronomical interest.Seiously considering civil suit for deceptiv business practice.Only got 2door cams front door lock,was told it wouldn't work.no instructions.worse customer service ever.

1 ★No longer viable for Samsung galaxy edge 6 +. Was told by vivint they are working on an update to fix glitch. Nature of glitch is that the older version recognized username & password. This version does not and shows up at vivint hq as being one of two households.
1 ★Not a good company take paint three payments out of your checking account for one month and then fight with you to get it back say it I was late how can I be late when they take it out of my checking account every month shut the alarm off in June they didn't notify me till August that the alarm wasn't working 2 months later got a new system in June I'm still getting bills from them even though I paid it off don't get Vivid
1 ★Fails to alarm to a break in and when panel is busted by the Criminal they refuse to replace it.
4 ★They need to add a panic button to the app. Imagine a client is upstairs and the panel is downstairs. I have my phone, and the alarm is currently disarmed. if an intruder breaks in, it would be great to be able to set off the alarm.
1 ★Dear God where to begin, the app has not worked on any of our devices for over a year now. The equipment has been problematic from day one, the dirt bag techs they have sent over are rude, the technical support over the phone has been no better. As for the management I have had the misfortune of speaking with are of no help. Avoid everything about this company I had to report them to the Better business bureau.
1 ★this app that goes on your phone does not work 99% of the time they've even come out to my house to try to get it to work and they couldn't get it to work and it still doesn't I've had them for quite a few years because I'm under contract I would definitely not recommend going under contract with them because they don't fix it if I didn't have to give them a start to post this I wouldn't give them any scars
1 ★I really didnt want to give 1 star. Every time I look up this app is malfunctioning. I reset my password bc it wouldn't log me in, that still didn't work. I downloaded the classic as Vivint suggested. I'm now puzzled as to why I still can't get in. 🤔😤
