3 ★please add watch notifications to app. I don't always have my phone at work and having camera notifications is useless if I don't know something is going on. it's been only a day since having it. it's okay so far

3 ★needs work on live feed while not connected to the same wifi. it crashes when you try to look at live feed without the wifi in use. so when I'm at work I can't just look at live feed, which I should be able to.

2 ★Always says error with playback..difficult to view recordings from earlier in the day

1 ★When I clicked Into video when it notify me people in my yard, the video stuck in the loading screen. App is no longer compatible with my device, try to cancel the app but they transfer me to 4/5 department and still not able to cancel. The phone rep verbally said yes they can help me cancel the service but did not send me cancellation paperwork. All my devices are over 5+ years and not once they have send someone to do maintenance and check up (with smoke detector malfunctioning)

2 ★Worked initially a few days ago. Now when I login it just gives me a black screen. When I kill it and try to launch it fresh I end up stuck on the launch screen. Have tried clearing all the data and multiple full reinstalls. s24 ultra..if it's React Native, give me a job so I can help fix it. Judging by the company it's native(Java not kotlin).

2 ★The thermostat has not worked properly via apps since April 11th. Cannot communicate with and make changes at all. It used to work perfectly, something with the latest update isn't working right.

1 ★Why is this app getting worse with every update!!!!! Someone can be robbing my house and I won't be able to do anything about it while I'm away. Main front camera is always saying Try again! not even worth the one star!!!!

2 ★You guys need to take off the feature of asking every 5 minutes (literally) if I'm still watching. Obviously I'm watching if I have my security camera on. We should be able to view our live security for however long without having to hit a button to continue! The constant loading and freezing is ridiculous.

1 ★Been using this app for at least 8 years. Now, it won't even open, just glitches over and over. Cleared cache and data, same thing. Deleted, reinstalled, same result. Vivint sends an update that disables the app if you don't pay for monitoring, even though I purchased and own the equipment (over 1,000.00). Sheer manipulation of the consumer. I won't do business with them again.
