5 ★One of the best apps out there for ordering ahead! no fees, no increased prices, there's a loyalty program. Love the no nonsense, no BS approach this app takes.
5 ★My go to food ordering app. Easy to use and an astheticly pleasing UI. I've got lots of great places around me and Ritual makes it so easy to support local business, and explore my community.

5 ★Love this app. Simple and convenient. I just hope that they would go back to their rewards program pre-covid. This time it is harder to earn rewards.
4 ★Pretty simple. Does what it says. And you can receive promotional discount codes. But I personally found it quite annoying how tedious a process it was to find an eatery that was both open and accepting orders from Ritual. This might be due to covid, so I don't blame ritual too much, but the fact is that it did greatly compromise the quality of my experience. That said, still certainly worth trying the app.
4 ★It offers a lot by just letting you see menu items and costs which can be hard to find online. They used to offer really great deals but the changes to the rewards took me from a constant user to once in a blue moon. Considering the competitor delivery apps now have pickup options, I use those since I get significantly better rewards. Customer service was stellar when I was actively using the app.
1 ★Extremely disappointed to see they've changed the rewards program without notifying. I don't recall getting any email nor is there anything on the website. They're pretending like it never existed! I joined Ritual specifically because of the rewards. You used to be able to collect points for EVERY purchase. Now it's only specific restaurants and activities. Update: Where is this communication? There is no press release or anything anywhere. You deliberately hid this from your users
5 ★This app is really great because it doesn't charge customers extra money like UberEats. It lists many local restaurants with reasonable prices and makes ordering super easy.
