1 ★Completely broken, cannot sign up or sign in because verification does not arrive.
1 ★where are my points? I've been using ritual for years now and not once gotten a dollar off from points via the app. needless to say, I am a returning customer to Luces Roasters. (they even know my name 😅) I've noticed the fees from ritual are very high but I've never seen my points go over 100. Mind you, to get ONE dollar off ... you have to earn 1000 to see a dollar off. A scam, for sure. I'll be uninstalling and calling in the orders from now on. Average $6 in store, around $8 in app.
1 ★Questionable practices by ritual as the discount/credit shows up in the payment preview page during checkout but the credit card keeps getting charged in full. This has been happening for over 6 months now and even multiple email correspondence with the ritual customer care team, this is not solved. I think luring people in to place an order with discounts, showing that discount in the payment preview but finally charging the credit card in full is unacceptable. This continues to happen always.
4 ★It is a great app that is intuitive to what you want. They gives you discounts on trying places near where you are. It depends on the place what that discount will be. Getting points are easy as well since you will want to try new places since it will tell you how far you will need to go to pick it up Update: removed a star because you use to search by selecting a neighborhood but they removed that feature 🫤. It was helpful for when you where traveling to an area to meet with someone

4 ★Pretty great. Can you make search search for all menu items, not just resto name. Also, my keyboard autocomplete is disabled for search not sure why
2 ★I never got my points for the last about 5 times and no one ever answered me when I attempted to ask what happened. a lot of places are no longer using this reward program.
1 ★Downloaded it to try to take advantage of a "50% off if paying with Venmo or PayPal" offer. They got my info/data, but I didn't get my discount because I couldn't figure out how to add PayPal or Venmo as payment methods.

1 ★This app double charged me 2 different amounts for one order. Resturant did not know about the app and said they never licensed the app to operate. It's a rouge app.
