1 ★Why whould you remove the order as a guest function?......I find it really dumb to force people to create an account just to be able to order.....that was the only reason that I kept using your service...

1 ★They completely redesigned the ui, removed dark mode, and overall made it harder to find anything.

1 ★Order delivered *completely* cold and missing items. Support not answering the chat or the phone. Not for me or for the rider.

1 ★This app is such absolute garbage i cannot believe people actually use it. the filters for time and distance are basically non functional. search terms often bring up irrelevant restaurants. it's so difficult to find something actually worth eating, not just what the algorithm decided to boost that day. it's also often unclear that a restaurant is closed or doesn't deliver to your location until after you've already decided on your order and are at the payment step. honestly f this app.

3 ★Disabling an App because of an update, which is then not available bin the store is not very helpful.

1 ★It's the known issue with fake reviews. Every store (even really bad ones) have at min 4 stars

3 ★Mostly using this due to a lack of alternatives. Design and usability is good. The sort does not seem to work (e.g. For distance) and what drives me absolutely mad is that I get the notification that the selected place does not deliver to my address after (!) I chose a complete menu. Just don't show me the restaurant. You know my Adress in advance. I'd even accept longer loading times, if this takes longer to compute. Again. Drives me mad. Destroys the experience 100%

1 ★When I order at my go to restos, it works fine because I only have to click on 'order again' . Buuut as soon as I wany to place a new order this updated version just constantly lags and I feel like calling the restaurant would have been so much easier. Scrolling is slow, then you can't really go back and forth. Worst scenario was that my carefully prepared order changed the delivery address when I clicked order?!?! Really bad experience!
