The Wheelchair Book & Ride application enables Sydney wheelchair accessible taxi drivers to pick up jobs from the government approved centralised booking service. Using the app WAT drivers will be able to:- Receive bookings (dispatch requests)
- Accept or reject bookings (dispatch requests)
- Select the vehicle they will be driving each session
- Select which TSP they are approved to drive for
- Change a vehicle’s booking status to available/unavailable
- Manage trip status – started, en-route, completed, cancelled
