2 ★Have used before with no problems. This latest version will not let me log in .tried to reset password and email address but no joy. The app keeps saying a technical error occurred. Useless

4 ★great for tracking the bus although sometimes bus doesnt load.

1 ★Needs more names for the sops other than just a bys stop sign! Hoe can I planehich stops I need toget of at!

5 ★Really useful . It's a big help with the different routes available to view . Ok it can be slow at time but that's not an issue. Very simple to use aswell.

4 ★Didn't work at all week after update like they hadn't migrated their servers but now it's fixed and it's a massive improvement over previous version, only niggle still there, you can't tell app you are already on a bus to then calculate a transfer on a multi bus journey

5 ★I love the app it gives me a heads up when buses are going to be late or cancelled, only down side is when buses have move stops the app isn't updated to show this so I have to go the the buses original stop to get it's info.

1 ★Frustrating when busses don't appear on the app so you presume they've been cancelled then they whiz past and you miss them. Live bus times barely available at peak times. Pretty weak experience overall.

4 ★Use the app. at least three times a week. If works well for most of the time. My only problem is that it is difficult to see the map in bright light. Make the roads stand out more and it would be a great improvement.

2 ★Great mapping and suggestions, pity the buses don't match the times. Arrive 5 mins before due on Royal Parade... No bus for 25 mins then one turns up that's not on app or display at stop, 20 mins later. Chocolate Fireguard performs better

1 ★Cleared cache, uninstalled etc to try and fix it, however I can no longer use the journey planner, apparently no buses run through where I am anymore! Fix it!!

2 ★Good for bus tickets but that's it. When you tap on a bus stop to see what time the buses are coming, it'll give you numbers like 5 minutes away but in reality the nearest bus is actually 20 minutes away. These phantom buses are very irritating, especially when you need to be somewhere like work or school!

1 ★Would be helpful if the timetable function actually shows timetables! More often then not I get a page saying 'this service does not run on your chosen date' yes, it does, there are buses 7 days a week on the route I am on. If I could give 0 stars I would.
