4 ★After the last update, the app continuously asked for ticket validation and says that there aren't internet connection, but I have, other apps and the browser are working well and in the app doesn't show any problems with connection.

4 ★The map could be clearer as we caught the wrong bus but when we had to head back we couldn't work out where we were to go the return bus and swap to the right bus bearing in mind we're not from the area and where heading home after seeing a show. Otherwise a great app that you use over all your companies.

4 ★Thanks for the new app, clear upgrade. Is it possible to see bus stops on each route? Its very helpful to know when to press the button on tbe bus to unform the driver we want to get off, instead of waiting until getting very close to the stop and seeing it yourself :)

5 ★So many features. Accurate bus tracking, clear information and so much better than the app for stagecoach. I was only in the area for the weekend, but the app has proven very useful.

1 ★I logged on to my account on a different device as I was boarding a bus and my monthly pass was not showing so I assumed that it had expired, so bought another monthly ticket. When I sat down on the bus I looked at my account and I had 2 monthly tickets, my older pass had 5 days to run on it. So phoned up more bus and I was told that I would have to pay a £10 admin fee to get my refund I was told that there is no way around this. I am being charged for an issuse with this app! That is a rip off

5 ★Fab app with all info and functionality you would want in one place. You can see maps and live buses, you can buy tickets and use them using a qr code which makes bus travel super easy and quick. No more paper tickets.

1 ★New app won't let me sign in. Keeps telling me my password is wrong Despite resetting it multiple times on the old app. Can't use "forgot password" on new app as reset emails don't come through. So looks like I will lose access to a ticket with 4 months left on it when you stop supporting the old app next week.

5 ★The busses Properly comfortable got great everything bus drivers are kind and the app just as good fast connecting, great tracking, the app is very helpfull and tickets are cheap and reliable overall, app is great! Great absolutely 10/10 would highly recommend Proper ti

5 ★It's a really helpful app for the M2 bus. Has some good features for viewing timetables, departures and live maps. Plus you can buy buy bus passes of varying length.

2 ★Barcode for scanning on the bus disappeared from my app and I am not able to get it back on. It didn't help when I unusually the app and downloaded it again.. I was also told to update the app but no updates are available for it..

4 ★I find the majority of drivers civil and helpful. The services are reasonably on time and with a little planning i can enjoy a day out without too much stress. I just hope it stays like that throughout the cold wet winter months
