2 ★When it works, it's fine. But more often than not, it just doesn't work properly. Love bus times are often unavailable. Tickets don't always load and sometimes it won't let you buy tickets at all.

5 ★It is fantastic that i can literally see where the next bus is. With bad traffic, schedules just do not cut it these days. Well chuffed

5 ★The app is great but don't know if it gives true showing of buses as I waited for a hour last night near Barton bridge Manchester it said there was a 100 bus at Trafford centre but it never showed up not impressed was absolutely freezing last night. The app should show cancellation on bus services .

1 ★Absolutely useless app! Buss Timing often is incorrect! Tickets often do not show the barcode so I am forced to buy the new ticket! Unless app!

5 ★I bought a 5 adult day saver on the app and activated it by mistake so i emailed customer service and i got a 5 adult day saver replaced and got added to my account so Im happy with the app and company so no problems at all so thank you Go North West

4 ★Was good but now there is no option which used to show the bus route with coloured line... It's hard to see busses coming and going without that coloured bus line...
