Vinted is closing in Canada for now. From January 11, 2024, you’ll notice limits when using the platform. It’ll only be possible to finish ongoing orders and settle payments.The platform will be closed on February 12, 2024. That means all features will be unavailable, including downloading the app. But you’ll still be able to contact our support team and update your bank details to ensure you receive any outstanding funds.
If you’re a member, please complete ongoing transactions before the closure. After this date, you’ll have to message our support team to complete any remaining actions on the platform.

1 ★I have a customer waiting for an order and I cannot login to move this forward. I have attempted login on multiple browsers on my computer and I've downloaded the app and attempted to login. On the computer browsers, the login options appear for a split second and disappear before I can enter credentials. On the app, I enter credentials and click on login and nothing happens. I've submitted a ticket. Meanwhile the clock is ticking on an order someone made with me. I regret creating an account.
2 ★A well-meaning app full of potential, and bugs. The biggest challenge of using the app is the platform itself, with new technical bugs every week and long-standing bugs never fixed; strict (or stubborn) policies mean little by themselves, but are more effectively implemented than anything else. One star for its good intentions, two stars for the lower shipping cost - but have to reduce one for the impossible refund policy (returning currently costs 5x than the original shipping...)
2 ★I find the app easy to use. What I dont like are some of the sellers who are trying to pass of designers knock off as authentic. Or sellers who sell you an item and for whatever reason not wanting to part with the item causing you to cancel your order. Complaining to customer service has been great so far. Quick response. Overall experience feels scamy-the fear of not getting paid because the buyer hasnt confirmed or fear of not getting item bought as advertised. Which I have experienced.
2 ★Dear Vinted...when are you going to weed out all the fake accounts? There are sooooo many. Constantly adding my items to their favorites but they aren't real accounts. You can pick them out so easily. Are they trying to hack information? This makes it hard to trust the app if nothing is being done to prevent this. ALSO something needs to change with offers. I have had people place offers, me accept offers and then they don't follow through...tying up my items waiting for them.
2 ★Personally not a fan. Sellers have to pay the shipping cost upfront which makes no sense. So it cost me $20 dollars a week and a half ago to ship an item the buyer paid $30 for. They received and confirmed yesterday but I haven't been reimbursed for shipping or gotten paid the $30 yet? It's also just very basic and not very social or interactive. I used to think Poshmark was excessive and tried to hard, Vinted is what happens when no one tries.
1 ★Fix this app!! The clothes are priced well and you can't beat the shipping costs but the glitches make it almost impossible to use because it's so frustrating. Will uninstall if they don't fix the issues soon. Two of my friends have already uninstalled and switched to postmark due to ease of app use. Getting together Vinted! You've got competition so step up your game!!
3 ★Good idea but app never works. I've been using it for a few months and I've made a few sales. But every other day, the app just will not work. I can't upload new items right now and my page isn't loading. I also can't click on any of my notifications. It's really irritating and it happens a lot. Needs to be fixed so there's less bugs.
3 ★Have been using the app since January, I've both bought and sold a few items and find it user friendly and really enjoy the cheaper shipping options and the fact they keep 0% of your sales. The notification system is pretty bad, it will say I have over 100 new notifications but can only view the first few, I often miss questions and other messages. The app crashes often, at this time I can't view my favorites or any reviews. Love the app but not all bugs, please fix them soon!
1 ★Glitchy and the app seems to try its hardest to make sales difficult - which is absurd for an app designed for selling. Almost nothing is intuitive and you'll be going through their FAQ to learn how to do the simplest of things. Can't bundle items to potential buyers even if they've added a handful of your items to their favorites. Can't make direct offers to your likers unless apparently, you're in convo with them first. There's more, but the above are just some of its many issues.
2 ★Could be a good app but needs massive improvement...as a buyer I have found a few cheap items. As a seller I like that you keep the full earnings HOWEVER, to allow someone to make an offer & give them 3 days to pay makes ZERO sense. This also made my item non sellable for those 3 days. I've also sold an item and the time frame to get paid is tediously long..I know the buyer received my item but because she's chosen to not confirm it I have to wait 4 days for payment..I'll be using another app.
1 ★This us hands down the worst app to sell on. Buyers can make up reasons to return, they don't protect the seller at all. Items get blocked and then you have to email them and it's always "we made a mistake we will unblock it" except its all the time. And then there's the customer support with is laughable at best. Emails back and forth for days on end. No chat, phone number etc. Update: my item was sent back damaged and vinted is doing absolutely nothing about the buyer damaging the jacket.
2 ★Wish I could love this app but it has so many bugs. It often crashes or won't show my items. It takes about 6-8 tries to add my own photos and will often freeze while posting. It took me 30 minutes just to post 2 items with all the freezing and crashing. Great items on here but the listing process has way to many issues.
