1 ★Had a great experience until something happened. And immediately my account got blocked. I have spent atleast 200 a week. on this app store since November. I have 100 5 star reviews. And when your account gets blocked you can't check the status of your current orders. And you can't find your tracking inside. I have over $100 in packages. I can't check their status. They need a better system this is bull
1 ★The instructions for deleting an account DO NOT match up with what is actually visible to you on your account page! I never found the "Contact Us" page that was mentioned if you still needed help and now I'm stuck with a useless account I can't delete!
5 ★I LOVE this app. It is the best app to buy second hand clothes, shoes, etc. for me(women's category), shoes(men's category) and I have never purchased anything for children from Vinted. But EVERY transaction I have ever had with anyone on Vinted has been top notch. I would recommend this app to anyone that likes to go to thrift stores to shop because that is what the shopping experience is like. And I DO NOT understand how or why there are any negative reviews for this app.
5 ★Vinted is great. I sell and buy from it. App on selling is real easy. Most of the options will prefill. So listing is super fast. Communication with buyers is great. The app even tells you when the last the buyer was logged on. Buying is also great. You can see sellers reviews & asks questions. You are not held to one shipping price. Smaller items can be shipped on first class. Which is great if you just want to buy a shirt and not pay 8 dollars for shipping!
1 ★I love the idea of the app, but be very careful for fraud! Even if you pay service costs to Vinted for each sale, they don't assist at all. I paid lots of money for Nike shoes that were supposed to be authentic, but turned out fake. After numerous emails to Vinted Support, they confirmed the shoes were fake, but did nothing to help. They just advised me to "contact the seller & find a solution between the two of us". But of course, the seller never responded to my message so I lost all my money.
4 ★Love it.. especially the shipping! WAY cheaper than poshmark and for sellers you're able to adjust shipping based on weight of item vs. how poshmark does it of 7$ flat fee for up to 50 lbs? I think? Only thing I didn't like was all the ads. And that you can't really make an offer ... Or it's difficult to anyways.. other than that it's a great app! Thanks!
1 ★What a joke! 😡😤 I download d this super excited and every item I have posted has been removed! There is nothing wrong with the items I have posted! Also I was not warned that if you bump and they remove your items you don't get a refund which I was informed of until the second time it happened! I am very dissapointed about this and anyone who ever asked me about this app I will turn them away from it. I am not happy. I want a refund! Also communication is near impossible!
1 ★ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If you have a issue you can forget about ever talking, Emailing anyone. Its ridiculous!! As a seller stick to Legit selling sites like Mercari and Poshmark. Yup even 7 months later still almost impossible to get ahold of customer service. Also they delete listing if they think there duplicate even though they are 2 different items. Also if a item gets lost in the mail good luck getting your money back. They won't refund you! You have to fight with usps.
4 ★The app is great regarding the merchandise and quality of products. With that being said, the actual technical side of this app is terrible when trying to bundle items because it shuts down over and over.
