1 ★3 month ago i have won an auction, payed and made and order After 3 month: order has never shipped to me, support never answered(only bot), and because i was sending an email to support twice a week with an ask to check status my account was blocked Thanks god and the Visa Chargeback Never use this app!!! Never! Even if they are selling last bread in the word, don't buy it, you wouldn't get it
4 ★Very clear layout. Makes it a very pleasing experience to buy & sell. I wish they would add more options to 'sort' and 'filters'. For example, sorting out prices from low-high or high-low. Or adding the price option in filters. Instead I need to filter through all the lots to find soemthing that interests me price wise.
1 ★United States is my country and the USD is my currency but the site put it as Euro. Contacted catawiki twice about this issue and was informed to follow the steps it shows under frequent questions to resolve issue. The button to click on for changing currency was never on my account and therefore was stuck with Euro. I deleted account and app reinstalled with same issue. Have now just givin up and deleted all together. Not recommending this site.
1 ★SCAM Alert. Stay away from this platform. It's a large scale scam. Not save for buyer and seller. Fees are too high for buyer 9% and seller 15%. I got a very exensive vintage lens in very bad condition and it was not as discribed. The lens condition is 80% lost of value. We agreed with seller to partially refund. But both of us has to pay huge fees 40-60% of a full price bit, but not a final cost. Also you cannot contact seller before auction end for any details and additional images.
1 ★- Each version brings some new bugs. - There's no "user feedback" in the app. - Page/screen loading times are super slow despite being on a fairly fast phone. - Filters are not containing all existing labels (e.g. Brands under watches), so it's easy to overlook some lots.
1 ★Absolutely none existent customer service, no direct email address or contact number to contact. Waiting over a month for a delivery and not getting any reasonable response from online app other than my query has been raised. Charge payment protection and do nothing for it. Save your money if I could give zero stars I would. Update to the response from Catawiki advising me to wait - totally unacceptable
1 ★Edit: Now censors image thumbnails to 16+ with no way to turn it off to my knowledge. COUNTEFEITS EVERYWHERE! - BEWARE - You need to be experienced enough to sort through countless fakes on this app - app is also vastly lacking in features compared to website, no way to view a seller's other lots (for combined shipping) no way to link bank account for receiving payment among other things. also no way to ask sellers questions about a lot until it's ended and you've won (not on website either)
3 ★Certain experts jack up the value and say everything is in excellent order. There is nothing you can do about that. The experts are completely off limit from the buyer. Arbitary shipping costs are completely outrageous. You'll feel robbed and powerless. The seller is supposed to refund the difference, which they dont. It's impossible to know the shipping charge when the package does not say. Americans can't return an item, either. That said, I buy Viking artifacts and that is badass. Period.

1 ★Customer service is absent: app works well but hope you will not have any issue with your item or delivery because if you do contacting customer service is basically impossible and they will not reply or help. I have been left alone on few occasions but still charged for full amounts. Not customer friendly at all.
1 ★I tried to save something in my favorites on catawiki but once I downloaded the app it stated that it wasn't available anymore even though it was up for sale for at least 5 more days. Everytime I try to click on a link or search something on there I get 0 results. Really bad and broken design
5 ★This auction site is superb a great selection of different collectables and art easy to navigate easy to bid for example I like Antiquties and Street Art both of which are well represented here it's a fun site just to see what's coming up for auction even if you are not interested in bidding you will get a lot of enjoyment out of this site if you are interested in collecting.😃😃😃❤❤❤
