1 ★Allows sellers to post blatantly misleading pictures and also doesn't follow payment policies of PayPal and other providers. On top of that, customer service is a complete joke. I wouldn't trust your items nor your money with Vestaire!
1 ★The new update again messed item descriptions. This happened before but was fixed. Now back to the same mess. I write long, detailed descriptions for my listings but the app only shows the first 3 lines. Browser view shows the whole description. Today I started getting questions from buyers about things that are already explained in the description but they can't see the whole description. EDIT: There is no see more in Android app. There is an arrow that opens only some of my description.
5 ★Costumer service is always reachable!!!7/24 and always answers me properly. İ like that filter to find something brand new and not much used and all in all it's a good application also the authentication is helpful i can see if it's fake or not coming or a bad item not matching the description. I'm happy with that app. The best i saw a hidden gem. and easy to track your parcel. And i can get 100% my money back if complications happened recently one seller send me nothing..
1 ★Already hating the new website now all chanel bags are "clasique" can't barrow down by specific search caviar medium etc. as I was doing just a couple days ago. Going backwards
2 ★The scrolling function on product pictures (in the product posting) barely works, making it almost impossible to explore the products. Would be great if you allowed selecting which picture to display by clicking and not just scrolling.
3 ★The amount of notifications is incredible and the follower function is just useless, fake accounts just add you automatically. Customer service, I don't care what you have to say, this message isn't for you.
3 ★Just started using. Find navigating site tricky. Main problem....unable to receive shipping details/ labels....won't download
5 ★some navigation and search issues: You cannot edit search terms while you're entering the prompt, you have to delete entire search field just to change a word, also you cannot navigate to several hubs from some pages, you have to go back as many times as you've gone forward. apart from those issues, it's a great platform and a good app with much community features, buyer/seller protections and frequent worthwile deals/promotions.

1 ★This app is absolutely not what it appears to be. I kept seeing adverts for this everywhere! Downloaded it thinking the point was designer brands for low sale prices. This isn't it. Most of the items only have very low reductions even less than 10% off the original price if anything. Not worth the download unless you're planning on spending the prices of these designer brands, in which case you may as well go directly to the brand website!!

1 ★Don t send direct shipping. I ve send a hat direct shipping and after the buyer receive it , he claim it s not authentic. He opened a claim send another hat to VC for autentication , of course being a replica VC canceled the sale and ask me paid extra 15 euros for the return. I aske them yo send me photos of the actual item they have but nobody answer be back I ve send a photo of the original receipt the hat was bought from Farfetch but they didn t care. They stood with the buyer. Scam service
