5 ★The app is a little dated but all the options are there to give you all choices you might want and then some more. Also impressed by quick the service is. Leaving the VPN active hardly slows down my ADSL2+ broadband connection. Barely notice I've got a VPN running when on 4G. Excellent. 😊 P.S. Thanks for your reply. Looking forward to the new U.I.. 😊

4 ★New upgraded network server speeds are outstanding!! - On my phone it's jumped from 80mb > 250+ The only problem with TG is its ability to bypass streaming services. :( Smart DNS feature or some kind of bypass feature is desperately needed. Yes I'm aware streaming IP's are available, but most VPN suppliers don't need this & it can become very expensive to buy a streaming IP, even more so if buying for more than 1 country.

1 ★Couldn't even sign up!.. Read and watched reviews on this vpn, felt confident which bundle I wanted. So I downloaded app as I was struggling on the browser to sign up to annual anonymous pro vpn subscription. It kept directing me to the "Get Torguard" page. So I downloaded the app and thought let me sign up via app, however I got redirected to to Web page and after an 40 minutes of trying I gave up.
5 ★They're great, been with them for years and only had maybe 2 minor issues that were quickly and easily resolved by the great support staff, speeds are right up at almost my top speed even on Aussie net and heaps of extras too, android app and desktop app could use a facelift though.
1 ★This app doesn't allow me to connect to my VPN on my phone. Their desktop software is also pretty bad but at least it works. Torguard has terrible customer service in general. I can't imagine they will be in business much longer. I will switch to a different one once this contract is up. Uninstalled this app because it is completely useless.

5 ★Waiting for new UI , you will never find any advertisement for torguard around the world, but no compromise with speed and security (except some virtual location)
5 ★Works all the time. Occasional outages for some servers but better than the other VPNs used. Customer service was excellent when needed help on torrenting!
1 ★App is total trash. LAN Bypass issue still remains and red "connected" misleading users while at the same time exposing my real ip address. Tech support is worthless as all they say is "well no one else is reporting this issue..." Well guess what? It's happening on both devices on my account. I have lost all faith in tech support. I probably won't be renewing and willing to pay more just to get away from these inept and lazy people. Yes, I sent logs with ALL my issues...
