2 ★Stop deleting my review. The VPN works great but I have 3 issues: 1. The vpn auto kill works but when your connection is re-established, auto connect does not work. 2. When you lose vpn connection, you are not notified of it and lose your privacy until reconnected. 3. The app is barebones and I wish you could do more with your account instead of going to the website.
4 ★Excellent android app and speed. Really painfull windows application upgrade. Your primary connection gets blocked and yet the software needs an internet connection to log you back in after an update (This happens randomly even when kill switch is off) so you basically have to find another internet source just to login. Sometimes you ll have to the redo the whole process again if you restart windows. Sutting down the VPN may also cut down your internet even when kill switch is off.
1 ★Great service all round, but using the android app on a chromebook can be frustrating. The app often has to freeze/crash several times (8 this morning) before it'll connect, and then may not have DNS when connected. This could very much be chromeOS playing interference, but it's frustrating nevertheless.
4 ★I heard this is the best VPN app our there, but now that I tried it, I'm disappointed. Just like every other VPN I tried, it cannot bypass the VPN detection of the sites I need to access. I tried changing ports, reconnecting to different servers, etc, but nothing works.
1 ★Unfortunately it's useless. I wanted buy hbogo Poland. Set Poland server, but when I opened polish website is notice... Location error.... But you seem to be located outside of its territory based on your IP address.. But I set Poland server. So like you see. Useless VPN unfortunately for me
4 ★If you don't mind checking to make sure that it has properly re-connected from time to time. Other than that, great app. Multiple protocols. They own their servers, no 3rd party. No backdoor. Biggest draw no breaches, unlike other VPN providers. Edit: Forgot to mention support is Zendesk. Horrendous. Avoid support at all costs. Write a detailed ticket and it will be ignored. You'll refer them back to the original multiple times as support asks you the same questions over & over.

5 ★Used this VPN on a trial basis and had no problem getting a refund from customer service. The reply was fast and polite, and didn't offer any problems getting a refund. The VPN worked well and got around all geo restrictions I tried. I still have time left on my current VPN (Nord) which had several problems with geo restrictions, and will defintely consider Vyper when Nord expires.
1 ★On Android it works more or less ok. On Windows it's a catastrophe. Very resource hungry process which does not stop when exiting the app. Connection very unstable. Installation of OpenVPN TAP didn't work. The worest is the support. After 6 mails it was clear to me, they don't read support requests, simply send random text blocks about uninstalling and reinstalling. Every "reply" undersigned by another phantasy name. Do not waste ur money there are better VPN with actual support.
5 ★Windows Apps work perfectly with all protocols. Android 4.1.0 works great with phone running Android 11 (on my Galaxy Note 20) but the latest version released on 18.01.2021 (though works on my android 9 ROG) seems to have a bug on connection per app with Android 11. Contactes support live chat, everything was snappy quick and helpful, less than 30 secs wait time. Staff Abe helpes me with the issue and we were able to solved it. Kudos! Glad I enroll with Vypr. Thanks.
2 ★The app is ok. Nothing special. I ran expressvpn for 2 years. Very expensive. I guess you have to pay extra to get the vpn to startup when android starts. Vypervpn doesn't start even though there is an option. Contacted vyper. Told me to remove and reinstall the app. No difference. Dies the same thing on my wife's phone.
4 ★It works great on the smart phone, but I had login issues after updating to the latest version on my PC.
