How to install Optimum APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★Only put one star because there is no option for zero stars. Can't do anything. Downloaded the app over a week ago and still says its setting up my account. May take 30 minutes. There is no option to contact them. The only thing i got was directed to download another app for support. This new app is garbage.
1 ★This app is blocking my login information. I called optimum support 3 times and was told the matter would be looked into and they never called back. The 4th call to support they refused to transfer me to a manger or anyone else. After writing a bad review for the app, the app support team added a comment to email them that they like to help which is false. Since I emailed them and the app support team did not respond back. If the app support team comment they want to help do not believe it
1 ★Horrible experience. The most unstable app I have ever used. It constantly freezes, shuts down, won't start, claims I don't have access, and more. Usually I miss 10 minutes of a program trying to get it to work.
1 ★I downloaded the app, it says to wait 30 minutes for my account to finish setting up. It has been 3 days now. Can you do any better creating these new apps? The old app worked perfectly fine. You should've left what didn't need fixing.
1 ★Absolutely terrible,have to restart tablet 5 to 6 times a day when watching channel 10 on Saturday and Sunday at 5 it goes to spanish.Tried reaching out to optimum and was told "no on else has contacted them about this problem".I find that hard to believe.Bring back the older app or fix this one.Thanking you in advance
1 ★App is horrible. It's basically just a remote control if it works. You can't watch live like the old app. This is not an upgrade and unfortunately the old app is discontinued. Definitely considering an alternate cable provider.
1 ★Keeps telling me I'm not on my home network. I only have one network! Used to work until two weeks ago and this is all I've been getting with no resolution in sight. For what i pay i should be able to watch from anywhere and cast to another device. Useless.
1 ★App is slow to log in. And there is no volume control in the remote section of the app. The old app had volume control why doesn't this one? In reply to developers "response" There is no error code the app is just slow and devoid of features.

1 ★I installed this app because I travel a lot and used it to see what shows I've recorded. I then stream the shows and delete after watching. This 'updated' app does not allow me to do that. Worthless to me now!
1 ★Not user friendly. Buggy. 3 clicks deep to get to a channel, then you have to back out completely and load up the guide from channel one if you want to "flip around the channels". Crashes constantly. Just AWFUL!!
