1 ★Message says check connection. Nothing wrong with connection. Started program again, can't fast forward. Bailed out. Not going to watch the same awful ads again!
1 ★Love hallmark but this app is annoying. I'll be in the middle of watching a movie or show and it just cuts off. Just today it happened twice during one movie. NOT HAPPY. Waste of time, I'll just try to record show or movies and watch when I can. I really loved the idea of watching hallmark while on the go.
3 ★I like the content and the ability to play the channels live. However, sometimes the movie is still playing in the background when the commercials are playing. Then when I try to restart the movie it restarts from the beginning. Very annoying!! Please fix! It would also be nice if it would remember where you left off in a movie. I hate getting a movie interrupted near the end and then having to restart from the beginning!!
2 ★I Love Hallmark! However, this app is very unstable. If you are going to show commercials, then you need to have the app working properly. It constantly stops while watching a movie. When restarting the movie it forces you to watch the same commercials over and over again. After trying several times, I gave up on the movies. I don't mind commercials if this worked as intended.
1 ★The app kept stopping during a movie. It would show about 5 commercials then do a Hallmark commercial and freeze. I had to keep going out of the app and back in. Everytime I tried to restart, I had to watch more commercials to just start it. I would then jump ahead to my spot, have to watch more commercials and it would freeze again. I finally skipped ahead to get past those points. Not worth it at all
2 ★Trying to cast a movie and it freezes about every 5 minutes or so. Have to cast a different app or turn off the TV to get out of the frozen state. Attempted to start it again (which it doesn't remember where I left off) and it froze 4 more times before I finally gave up... The content is good, was super excited to watch the holiday films, but totally disappointed now. =(
1 ★WHY HALLMARK???????? It's so sad that hallmark has made it that you now cannot fast forward on their app when you have to answer your phone or go away from the movie. Who in this day has the time to watch an entire movie again just to finish the last 10 minutes! It's ludicrous and definitely not user-friendly. Don't you want to keep your extensive viewing public happy?
2 ★I enjoy Hallmark very much, but I don't understand the need to block your users from fast-forwarding or rewinding. What's the big deal? That doesn't have to stop you from pushing your ads. I was 20 minutes away from finishing a movie, but I fell asleep and didn't see it. I DO NOT plan on watching 1 hour and 40 minutes of the movie AGAIN just to watch the last 20 minutes. You have taken away my joy for Hallmark with this ridiculousness.
3 ★I hate when I'm watching one of the limited movies that you can't fast forward. If I barely touch my phone screen the movie glitches and starts back at the beginning. No way of continuing where it stopped at. I was 15 minutes from the ending of a movie this weekend when my cat touched the screen with his paw. I wasn't going to spend another hour and 45 minutes to get to the point the movie messed up.waste of time.
2 ★It is nice to be able view the content, but it isn't the greatest app. You can't fast forward or rewind. You have only a couple days to watch something new. Error messages occur regularly. And you need a cable provider. Get with the new century Hallmark! Many many people don't pay for cable anymore. If you want to appeal to a younger generation get with it.
1 ★The app is spotty. I know it's not my internet, my boyfriend can be steaming a YouTube video at the same time and his video doesn't stop and the quality doesn't drop. I get through about 4 min of a movie then it freezes. When I finally actually get to to stop and restart it I get about another 4 mins into it and it freezes again. I have given up trying to watch a movie on this app. I was able to watch a full movie yesterday, but previous day's it did the same freezing thing.
3 ★I love being able to watch movies later but options on other apps aren't available. Won't fast forward, so if I've watched first half through my cable then want to watch rest later on app I have to watch whole thing all over. Won't rewind either, so hope you don't miss something. Won't let my tv or tablet do the Closed Captioning. It only leaves new movies up for like 4 days?? Lifetime let's you do all that Hallmark won't. Seriously it's2020, if Lifetime app can do these things so can Hallmark.
