How to install Optimum Support App APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Optimum Support App APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads

2 ★Optimum today in total mess. Real Support, Customer Support customer wants to have is out of reach. Instead Optimum offers of its own, major part of it is either false or simply wrong. It seems to me, that Optimum is in constant war with its customers, and not winning, but in deep defeat without any hope on recovery, at least in near long future. I tried, but not found answer on question: how to cancel Optimum's service. I tried, but this very important answer for both sides in Optimum Application simply does not exist, but must be open to know this. Broadcast is in my area pretty clean, but this is a matter of monetary violations Optimum practices illegally raising them in different ways, and repeat this so often, like Optimum want and only wait for as soon, as possible to raise its pay service, you need prove, I have it in my bill. I had twice technician visits to fix Optimum defects, but then Optimum imposed on my account $160 to pay for Optimum's wrongdoing. I had a CHAT and representative told me, this bill already became final. This is real Optimum.
1 ★Worst app and service ever. I used to be able to sign in and pay my bill with no problem. Now for the past few days I've been trying to sign in and it keeps giving me the same message about resigning into my account. I've done it ten times and I'm still getting the same message.
1 ★don't waste your time with this app. you can't speak to a person here either. can't find a place to cancel service online or in this app. Make matters worse itsimpossible to contact a person at this company and the auto call back hangs up on you. chose Verizon or direct TV way before these connections artists. please keep a look out for the class action suit I'm filing. 1 ★This is terrible service I have ever seen. They increased my internet bill without letting me know. So, when I tried to return the service, they charged me for entire month, just for 1 day later I returning the equipment to Optimum store. Even I used Optimum for last 8 years. No, any advantage. They interested only on your money. I hope they will go down, since internet is not that much popular for the wired service, around many wireless competitors are coming out.

Very laborious: difficulty maneuvering; wobbling screen; micro print (if you zoom the screen wobbles and overlays preventing input); slow response after taps; too many "no reply" emails which prevents resolution of problems/issues efficiently; worst email system: micro print doesn't allow clean taps or maneuvering; tells me that they will close my account for non-use eventhough I set up folders in June and used regularly after finally getting assistance requested since January.
1 ★I can't even sign in to this stupid app to report the constant internet service outages. "call your service representative" so a bot can tell me they're experiencing a high call volume (gee wonder why) and then hang up on me. Am I pissed right now? Yup.
1 ★Every month is a different price you can never get customer service on the line all they want to do is take your money and then when you give it to them they tell you you owe more and more and more and never fix any of the issues you've had with them especially if they're Financial issues forget about speaking with the supervisor for someone getting back to you good luck with that
1 ★This app is absolutely useless. I wasn't able to do ANYTHING. Couldn't pay a bill - the My Bill tab was blank no matter how often I checked, same for the WiFi tab - kept saying they are "experiencing technical difficulties and can't communicate with your network"
2 ★serious run issues when trying to pull up not only account information but other pay options including just the amount due and the optional which allows you to choose the amount in which you pay. I have now tried several times and because of this and previous issues with the app and services I am seriously considering changing carriers.
1 ★This app works about as good as their service. (It doesn't). A while back, in a time where you could actually get intouch with customer service, tech support told me to try this app should I need assistance in the future. Now here I am trying to use this support app for support and it doesn't work (SHOCKER). Can't use the chat option as it doesn't load past submitting. Don't worry though, the bill pay works perfectly fine. Made sure they get the money their owed for the crao service they give.
2 ★The current layout is for desktop viewing. It is not mobile friendly. Info is for landscape view but does not flip when you flip your phone thereby cutting off all necessary info, nor does it allow you to scroll over. Other than Bill Pay and FAQs, in my opinion, this app is useless.
1 ★it wont let me pay my bill. everytime I add my card it says information is already there, but it wasnt an option to choose. so i added my bank account. at first it said cant connect and then it told me the information was already in the system. basically i cant pay my bill.
