How to install Optimum APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★TERRIBLE! Installed, updated, re-installed, re-started but nothing works. App boots up and then just crashes miserably. Inexcusable for a such giant tech company to put a product like this up. App was installed on a Chromebook, Android OS.
1 ★App no longer works! When I go to watch TV the video loads continuously and then freezes. There have been no updates in years and it seems like the developers don't seem to care.
1 ★I have been having problem with using it for the past few months or so on my Samsung Tablet. I keep getting the spinning wheel. For many years, there were no issues with it working until as of late. I have uninstalled and still not fixed. A shame since this is one of the reasons I chose to keep Optimum. Oddly i have no issues with the app on my Ipad.
1 ★I used the app on Windows 10 pc, but that stopped working last year. And it's not available for installing. Since February 2020 this app will not play any channel on my android pad. The remote works, I can control the tv but cannot watch tv on my android pad. The app hasn't been updated since 2017. How about giving back to you customers for once?

It knocks me out so I have to sign in to my account Shame on them they charge an arm and a leg for there are services They say they are updating this app. I won't hold my breath. :( Now it's 2020 and they still have not updated thus app. Tonight it not only froze no matter what I tried to watch all I saw was a dark screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the message was check for a newer version the one I was installing may not work properly...duh. So why hasn't this been updated?
1 ★I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Worthless. Can't watch TV on phone , except for the spinning circle . For what altice charges they should fix their worthless app. Don't install and save your phone's memory storage .
1 ★This app absolutely sucks...it works when it wants to work. Its always on a delay whenever it does decide to work. You would think for as much as they charge for cable that the app would be alot better.
1 ★I would give it a 2.5 because it only works half the time....stopped working on my galaxy tablet 2 AND tablet A it only works on my phone right now which is a galaxy S8. Completely hit or miss. I called them for this exact problem approximately six months ago and said they were working on it and eventually a week later it came back. I feel this is unacceptable for the high prices we pay for the service.
1 ★If I could give this app zero stars I would.Just like other posts ,the app opens up but you just keep getting the spinning wheel(working).This app worked fine in the past.I called Optimum half a dozen times in the past month ,and they are no help what so ever. They claim i can watch my shows on wireless devices this is not true.They just don't care about their customers,What they are good at is raising rates .No wonder this app got 2.6 stars,it is poorly designed, and just don't work
1 ★Watch TV used to work and now it doesn't. Spent forever on phone with tech and he couldn't help. An "engineer" was supposed to call back and never did. Having access to watching TV on my phone is part of my exorbitantly priced TV package and now I can't even do that! Get it together Optimum!!! Your customers have other options and with these changing times NO ONE is going to be paying your prices, along with shoddy service, for long!
1 ★Very bad connection and serves. Slow signal and slow speed. Very bad support, needed waiting hours till they answer to you all call back. I was told that TV service on phone and tablet was because company was doing updates Nobody contacted me from Cablevision to tell me that company was doing updates. I just spent three days trying to reach customer service from Cablevision. Today is august 29 2020 till now wifi does not work normal. No reason call to them. They do not answer or lie or don now
1 ★Does not work! All of the sudden it just stopped working on my tablet. This has been going on for months now. I had deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times and still never worked.
