3 ★Due difetti: 1) non c'è una notifica push che avvisa quando è stayo trovato il taxi e quando è arrivato nel posto di partenza; 2) nella mail che si riceve quando si paga una corsa mancano: A) la destinazione della corsa, B) la versione PDF della ricevuta

1 ★Terrible app. Just a product of the Italian gvts beef with Uber. It is whatit is, but if you're not going to have a functional alternative, you mightas well let a private vendor doing the job a trillion times better on yourstreets. This app is a joke. You can never get a taxi, cars are unmarked,drivers are unprofessional, and there's no way to get a quote on you'reride until the trillion fees Italian taxis charge add up--at the end of thetrip.. 😠😠😠
1 ★Everything you know the Uber app features, is missing in this app. The only thing this does is send your location via SMS to the central. You get an SMS back stating the address doesn't exist. You call, and they hang up. Marvelous!

1 ★Terrible app. Phone operators constantly hung up when they heard me speakEnglish. The "on hold" ads advertised for this app, but app didn't allow meto click the "order taxi" button even though it could pinpoint my location.

3 ★First time I used it it worked fine. So far so good. However, I preferred to pay directly the taxi driver because I do not feel confident of give my credit card data to the app. I strongly recommend them to include the possibility to pay in app by using PayPal, which is safer than giving your credit card data (I will rate the app higher if they include PayPal payments). I would like to flag a little software bug: in the log of my taxi rides the app believes that I did my first taxi ride from the location where presumably I was when I installed the app, but I did not book any taxi from that location - however no real negative consequence because of this minor error
1 ★Double charged me for a taxi ride. Did not respond to any support emails. The app also does not show current location of arriving taxi. Worst taxi app I've ever used!
4 ★Initially, there was a problem with the app where I was forced to pay twice for a ride because I paid the driver directly after requesting a taxi with 'pay online' option. Although customer rep did not respond to my inquiry before the 2nd payment was charged, they did promptly address the issue once they did respond few days later. I am quite satisfied that the refund is being processed. Thank you!
1 ★Installed a new version, as bad as ever. Does not let me save my card after successful 3d secure verification, and still has maddening pop up about geo location. And NO, geo location is NOT necessary, I can still call a taxi inserting address manually but must get rid of pop up every 5 seconds. Worst taxi app I've ever used.
