「ココロボ～ド」は、家族と家電をつなぐ新しいコミュニケーションサービスです。家族同士のコミュニケーションはもちろん、家電がつぶやいて家族の生活をアシストしてくれたり、外出先から家電をコントロールすることができます。
１． 家族とコミュニケーション
１）家族で安心、手軽にメッセージのやりとり
家族間で、楽しく、手軽にメッセージのやりとりができます。オーナーが招待した家族だけで、簡単・安心してコミュニケーションできます。
家族の生活シーンにぴったりなシール画像を使って家族との会話をより楽しくすすめることができます。
２）家族のカレンダー
家族の予定を家族カレンダーで共有できます。予定を登録すると家族全員に通知することもでき、スケジュールの共有が図れます。
３）家族のメモ
家族のメモを共有できます。子どもの連絡プリントを写真でメモしたり、買う物をメモして家族で情報を共有できます。
２．家電とコミュニケーション
１）対応家電（※1）を登録すると、その家電のキャラクターが家電の状態や天気の情報などから生活の提案や最適な使い方をつぶやいて教えてくれたり、家電本体から声でお知らせしたり、家族の生活をアシストします。
２）外出先から対応家電（※1）を家電くんシール（家電に動作を依頼するシール）を送って操作することができます。家電くんシールをカレンダーに登録することで、指定した時間に操作をすることも可能です。
３）AQUOSにも対応していますので、新着メッセージのお知らせがTVにも届き、AQUOSからでもメッセージを確認することができます。スマートフォンを持っていない小さなお子様でも利用可能です。
※AQUOSインフォメーションに対応したAQUOS（下記※2を参照）と設定が必要です。
