1 ★Horrible!!! Before this had an update I was so happy with using it!!! Now it's a huge pain to say the least. It was never this difficult to get into manage my CC. I usually deal with certain things because it's no biggy but this is time consuming and it constantly doesn't recognize my username or password. One or the other and I can't stand it!!!! It literally makes me not want to use the card anymore so I don't have to get into it but now I have points to use before that happens. I'm done ;)
3 ★From 1 day to the next, prices go way up. So, if I forget to complete an order, due to distractions, it's all changed! Mote time needed on sale prices. Plus, did an online order from store, did not receive my old navy cash. 1rst time with app. Just moved to Boone,N.C. Last, had a 40 percent off on my order, went to complete it today, but too late, only 40 percent available on certain items.
1 ★Horrible everything, customer service terrible if you order something there's no way to return it, if you call more than 1 hour wait all the time, their solution is hang up and call later, they don't respect the date of delivery, their solution for that cancel your order, website is the same you add something to your cart and when you doing your checkout some of your items they sold out, worst part they owned gap, banana republic, old navy and more, I'm sure they have the same terrible service
2 ★Great Store, Bad App. The app isn't functional. The buttons are in odd places - which I though I would figure out or get used to. You don't. There is also no back button.... The app also isn't optimized for the size of my screen, and I don't even have the newest or best phone... That's just bad coding. Overall, sales offered for online shopping are excellent, but do not use this app for your shopping you're better off finding a laptop or desktop.
1 ★Slowest, most annoying app I've used. The response from taps are so slow that half the time it takes you to somewhere you didn't want to go. While scrolling down in my bag to double check my items, I was redirected to item pages 3x and removed 2 items...all JUST FROM SCROLLING DOWN. This isn't a new problem. This isn't my phone. This isn't finger girth. This is Old Navy.
3 ★First of all, you have to sign in EVERY TIME you access the app. It's on MY phone, it should have the option of staying signed in. Also it does not go back to the same spot when hitting the back button. So, when you're shopping and click on an item you like, then go back to the list, it's not in the same order it was previously. You end up seeing the same items/missing out on items you haven't yet viewed.
2 ★It is easier to shop ON online than to use their app! Using an Android phone and it keeps telling me to enable Verify Apps in Google and I haven't been able to sort out what to do. Other people seem to have the same issue, so I will not make future purchases until it is fixed. Or they have $1 dollar flip flop sale. Oh is that today?
1 ★Opening this app is hit or miss. Navigating should be easy, but is slow and choppy. Putting items in the cart is difficult, as well as using filters that don't always filter as requested. I love Old Navy products and pricing, but, just like their credit card, their app consistently makes me regret being their customer
2 ★While searching, if you click to look at an item, then go back to the original list, it starts you all the way back at the top and you have to find where you were, but then the order of the items changed so.... also items keep coming up as "that item just became unavailable" but then it's still showing its picture while I'm looking.
1 ★Never had an issue before. Just found out there was an update did not improve anything just made app worse. It will not let me log in to make a payment as it advises it dies not recognize my username and/or password. Also, it keeps taking me to the main homepage. Before the update it was 5 stars. I am now disappointed. Up until now 1 month later same issue. Cannot log in. It will take you to homepage. All I'm trying to do is pay my monthly bill that's all. This is just supero complicated.
1 ★tldr horribly made app, just use the website. The app just does not work that's just the truth. The company is using a browser version instead of investing in a well made app. It won't allow me to search, I can't sign in, tapping anything once makes the app flash what I wanted but it ultimately just sits on the first page.
1 ★Don't order online. I odered March 23 and got nothing. I've email and called several times and no one has reached back out to me. I got automated emails that my order would be expedited that they had problems filling the order and still nothing has arrived, no tracking info, just nothing. I'm pissed.... also the app sucks, nothing loads it's slow and outdated... never again old navy.
