La fundaron Pierre Romeyer, Paul Bocuse, Juan Mari Arzak y Pedro Subijana entre otros ilustres cocineros el 18 de noviembre de 1986, en Bruselas, a instancias del entonces presidente de la Comisión Europea, Jacques Delors.En España, la asociación esta presidida por Pedro Subijana y cuenta con casi 800 cocineros, con delegados autonómicos y provinciales.
Esta app permite a los asociados acceder a noticias de última hora así como a ofertas y descuentos.
