Description
“Pro check application” is an application that provides information about promotions or services offered by mobile phone operators and high-speed internet operators.“Service provider” is the Office of National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission.
“User” is a Pro check application user.
“Operator” is identity that has been granted license by the Office of National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission to provide mobile service or identity that has been granted license by the Office of National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission to provide high-speed internet services.
User agrees and accepts terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
1. The user agrees to register by providing correct and complete information that are required in the registration form, such as e-mail, 10-digit mobile phone number, mobile carrier network name, and image (if any), etc. Registration gives the user full access to all features in Pro Check application.
2. The user agrees to allow the service provider to access registered personal information, and the service provider will use the said information only to regulate telecommunications operators following the policies by the Office of National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission. In using such information, the service provider will comply with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission's Act regarding measures to protect telecommunications users' rights on personal information, privacy rights and freedoms of communication by telecommunication; and the users' information is confidential and will not be disclosed to others under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
3. The user acknowledges that the service provider creates Pro check application to collect information, promotions, or offering of goods and services by the operators with focuses on the public interest and the supervision of the licensees so as to ensure compliance with the laws. The service provider is not interested in nor intended to advertise, publicize, sell products, or service to licensees in any way.
4. The user agrees not to use the information from the Pro check application be used to disseminate, reference, advertising, or cause damage to one or many operators and will not use such information on the way that is against the law or morality of the people.
5. Service providers may send push notification messages to service users to provide news, public relations information, or invitation to various activities by displaying the messages on the user's mobile phone screen. The user agrees to check the notification message displayed on the mobile phone screen. If the user does not want to receive such information or notifications, the user can disable notifications on the user's device.
6. Under the provisions of the law, the user agrees that the service provider or the representative of the service provider is not liable for damages arising from the violation of the user or any other person, if the users use personal information either intentionally or by negligence or in violation with terms and conditions of use for Pro check application.
7. The user agrees to comply with the current agreement. Also, user is presumably aware that this agreement may be changed or amended at a later date without notifying users in advance. Such changes or additions are considered part of this agreement to which the service user consents, and thus the user should comply with all the changes or additional terms and conditions.
