3 ★The app is not bad and easy to use but it seriously lack information, especially the information on the route the busses will taking. Do add a feature to see where the bus stops and the eta that it wil reach the location of choice. I know that also depends on the conditions on road at present but at least have a rough estimate or and average. Thank you. Do hope you take this into consideration. This app has its potential.
1 ★Bad company I've ever used. I highly recommend people to NOT use this app or any purchase from this company. I booked ticket on May and was a successful transaction, and after a week on the actual boarding date, they sarcastically email to say to face technical problem and couldn't proses the tickets and will refund the money with 14 days time. I waited more than that almost 3 weeks and contacted them no reply. Its also very frustrating their contact no. seems to be for show, no one picks up.
1 ★I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied of the apps. It does not capture fail transactions and end up my credit were deducted from the ewallet. Recently I have top up my credit via website and still it does not reflect in the apps. However, it use the last balance as the latest one. I have no issue with the service till today but your team still not come back on my previous email referring to unsuccessful transactions.

1 ★Update 16 October - Same problem happen, app keeps auto shut. Gonna rate 1 star until your team fix it. 01 Oct to 05 Oct 2019 - Apps keeps auto shut. Previously, my e-wallet got RM3, but now became zero without any explanation. Please fix it ASAP. Don‘t just reply with stupi* autoreply message ask to email my inquiry. I saw everyone also posted same complaint. So, do your job please.
