2 ★This app provide easy booking of bus and ferry ticket. Had some bad experience. I bought a return ticket with 'Refund Portect'. The first part of the ticket is canceled by the bus company. I request return to be refunded. Reply from them is they cannot process the refund. First part of cancel ticket still haven't received refund yet (since 23-Jan-2025). Recommend to use other platform like Redbus or buy and counter. Get insurance from other vendor.

Once you change your travel date, your old ticket is non-refundable—even if you've paid for Refund Protection! Their policy claims a 90% refund if canceled within 24 hours, but do not believe it—they do not honor their own terms. No proper management, no response to emails, and refunds take forever. >2mths —if they even process them at all! Save yourself the frustration and choose another apps instead!
