* To enable video casting please open the LG App Store (LG Smart World / LG Content Store) on your TV, search for 'TV Cast' and install the free companion app.
* To connect please scan the QR Code shown on your TV or enter the IP Address of your Android device by using the number pad and up/down/left/right keys or scroll wheel on your TV Remote.

1 ★Wasn't able to access my networked drive where I store all of my videos. Had to copy it from that networked storage device to my phone and then plug in the phone's IP address on the TV app. Used to be able to use the app on the LG TV (could navigate through various directories on my networked storage) that now only allows you to display "captured images." You took a decent option (the TV app) for using an "intelligent TV" and made it almost useless. Way to go!
1 ★I paid for the best package this app had to offer and now I found out they have an even better app called TV Cast Ultimate. The app I have gets worse with every update. I'm deeply unhappy and I'm starting to wish I didn't spend a dime on this because it barely works anyway. I updated my app a little while ago and it stopped playing videos from one of my favourite websites to use.
1 ★STOP. Read the reviews. App is trash and the one-time upgrade purchase doesn't help either. I was unable to find refund request info. Hopefully, this review saves another person from wasting their money like I did.

1 ★It is ridiculous to have this much difficulty and cost just to cast to your supposedly "smart" TV. My Philips is easy to cast to. But this LG junk wont even work after you download the app on your TV and your phone and then figure out that you have to browse within the app to find what you want to watch. Hope you dont use book marks. And after all this, which will take hours, it wont play your video and asks you to report the video before leaving a bad review. Like anyone will do anything.

1 ★Absolute zhyte. So many ads it is unusable. Is it not enough that we already paid for your TV?? Now we have to sit through your in-app ads AS WELL AS whatever ads are also on the site that we're trying to cast? And your in-built browser is atrocious too. What the hell. Are you even a tech company or just some scammy tech bros in a basement somewhere? Good lord
