5 ★I had all the issues everyone experiencing, but I took it back to AT&T and they exchanged it for a new one no questions asked. New one works perfectly! The module is great for anyone who uses their phone to take photos and record videos. But the best part is it significantly increases the battery life. I switched from the Note 5 because the battery life was terrible. G5 is my fave phone by far.

5 ★You should enable the LG CAM PLUS to access the USB device for you to be able to use it. I had the same problem before. Good thing I read these helpful tips in here. So first, turn off device, then connect the LG CAM PLUS, turn on, then when you go to your LG CAM PLUS app (if u have none, go to LG FRIENDS of ur LG G5 and it will prompt u to download it from google play), it will ask you if u will let it access the usb device then press yes. Hope it helps!

1 ★this is the first time i ever hated this phone. it just wouldn't recognize the cam plus (does on lg friends but not elsewhere). it won't show the usb option either. cam plus used to work just fine once it's plugged in but now nothing works. very frustrating. what's worst no troubleshoot available anywhere. best one i could find was one of the reviews of this app but still no help for me.

1 ★When I try turning off my phone with the cam plus attachment installed on the phone while charging all it does is reboot the phone and keeps the phone on.... but if I unplug it from charging I'm able to turn it off.... Is this a glitch or a factory setting.... Please fix

1 ★Every time I attempt to use this it just flashes red on the led indicator no information about what this means. Would love to use this but it doesn't do anything.
