5 ★I deleted the 5 star and praise review given! I have spent two days now trying to access app that freezes before i can sign in.i was a day late paying and now cannot make calls! Calls barred! Internet says err connection and phone help line cost $.So disappointed!I need my phone service to work as i make $ using it!

1 ★This service is horrible can't get a live person and the delay between chatting conversations is so long you don't know if you're still talking with anyone and the call back setup doesn't seem to be working as well. Trying to activate your phone is like rocket science.
2 ★I open the app click on account and it shows a different phone number than the one I actually have. Support says every time they'll take care of it but after 4 chats numerous emails and 3 twitters and 3 facebook conversations it still isn't corrected.
1 ★I loved this plan but it has sucked since my bill was due in Jan. I haven't been able to get the app to come up until just now. I hate that I lost allot of my stuff. I lost a job and I have missed lots of appointments thank you yahoo for making my life suck a lot more.

1 ★I have tried numerous times to sign up for this service using both the app and the website to no avail. On the web, the connection times out when trying to sign into my Yahoo account; in the app, I get an error message "oops, something went wrong. We're trying to fix it" or words to that effect. I chatted with a pleasant customer service agent named Vivian, who assured me that none of my information came through, meaning I won't be charged for anything. I have no other options; sorry Yahoo.
1 ★Very poor connection. Turns out they use the leftovers of Verizon's band width. If Verizon is busy, youll get bad sound quality or lose your connection. That's why the tiny print warning about connection slowing when things are busy, as with all carriers. Sound quality of call and connection slow from the start. People complained they couldn't hear me. Horrible. Transferred back to AT&T.
1 ★It has been 5 days since I received my new phone. Yahoo still hasn't connected me to their service. The experts chat to stall for more time. Yet, nothing gets done. Worst "engineering" team I have ever witnessed. They collected their money instantly. Do not recommend anyone switch over to Yahoo. I have had 10 phones and several servers in the past 3 years. All problems were corrected over the phone--right away. Yahoo uses chat, request a phone call, but still no results, more chatter.
2 ★I really thought that Yahoo mobile was the greatest,but then ! App never works, I got locked out of my acct send several emails concerning this to no avail. The agent I chatted with had no clue and them I found myself, disabled sick and no phone!!!!! To be told in 24-48 hours they will have my phone back on....WHO DOES THAT? Nothing on the help page actually help and to say you get a charge just to get someone to answer a question WRONG! YAHOO MOBILE,BYE FELICIA!
4 ★100% disabled veteran. We live in woods of northern mi. Phone service on other carriers was hit or miss. So far with yahoo i have the best service of any phone service thus far. The price of monthly service is right where it should be. Only slight problem i had was the phones internet out of box wasnt strong enough to download yahoo mobile app. But i connected to a hotspot and it downloaded right away. Very inexpensive and great quality. I am impressed thus far.
1 ★Well this isnt a good start for a new customer. Cant open app it says to update and theres no update. I really hope I didnt make a mistake switching to yahoo mobile. Looking at the reviews dont look too positive. I really hope you get this issue resolved. Also I would like if you could connect more devices to hotspot I didnt realize it was only one when I signed up. I have unlimited devices on other swp phone. My boys do home school and this is what they use to do school and they both have to be
