2 ★Interface interface interface.. why the F would anyone think that notifications on top of important slider (received/delivered) is a good idea. Not only that but the notifications won't hide themselves with time and you can't read them all at once. Retarded interface that leads to dangerous situations on the road.
5 ★very rare glitches with this app and quickly addressed by support. it integrates well both with Google maps and Waze. very user friendly and easy to get. I use it every day even if i am not out doing the rounds i have the partner app on my home screen and given the frequency of using it i would say it is well thought through and ever evolving/improving.
1 ★Horribly optimised, all the new changes have been backtracked, like continuisly prompting the same order over and over. The UI is as bad as ever, barely usable while riding a bike. App hangs at random intervals for no reason, the map gets stuck, the upper left menu button stops working. Basically the app is getting worse and worse
5 ★It's easy, it's fluid, it's simple, it's more than helpfull. My first impressions. I made no mistakes because it's good.
1 ★I had given 5 stars but after recent updates o have reduced it to 1. It's terrible app and support from the partner support is clueless and how to help, bundle tasks disappear even after you have accepted the tasks, app is literally slow and freezes without notice. I have tried it on Android 11 with July security patch and also with Android 13 with June security patch, it is terrible and I strongly recommend that the tech team should consider feed back from partners.
1 ★One of the worst apps. It drains battery a lot, the gps is never accurate. The wolt team says they are working on it and they never work on it. The gps never works. I cant drop the task as it says I'm not at the location, although I'm at the location. I don't know how the salary works as they say something at the contract and something else is done in the payslip.
1 ★We've been BEGGING for months for you to fix the GPS signal freeze and server lag. Just fire the incompetent developers and get someone competent to do the job! I've changed TWO FLAGSHIP smartphones in 3 months because I was convinced it was my device that was the problem. It is impossible that the problem perists on premium smartphones, flagship devices and on regular economy class smartphones. This is the developers fault and they should be accounted for it.
1 ★The app is getting worse with every new update the new map when accepting is ok but the ui is buggy, slow and very tiny fonts bad design, whoever designed it clearly have no clue about how delivery works. Automatically accepting tasks in 5 seconds is terrible. and after like the third paycut in hungary this "new feature" is just another paycut. And the worst thing is they communicate with every paycut that it will be better for couriers and they are doing it for the couriers. Now go solo always.
3 ★When it's working it's ok. With latest update the music on the phone stops. Some features that would be useful for couriers: - To be able to accept an incoming order with a bluetooth headphone - Telemach in-app chat: to be able to record and send a voice message 🤟🏻
1 ★App is ok very slow thou, but system is terrible. When Bug becames one of best features of app then you "FIX" it. Together with leadership decisions and absolut lack of any optimazation and inability to solve the most basic issues, while swipe option for incoming messages that are no better then spam mails, with text "Help, ton of work" is broken you solve problem that wasn't there, end create new ones for existing problems. I hate this update. Last version was bad but better.
4 ★I like the wolt partner app, 99% because of the awesome support team. Flexibility in working hours is great as well. But again, I suggest the wolt team to add a section for customer review on courier's behaviour. It's very important for them to feedback on how a partner treats customer, and important for them to express themselves. And for the courier to know how their folks see them. To be able to improve ourselves.
1 ★The navi is pretty bad. Doesn't show the hot spots that we need to be in, we need to open another app(maps) to navigate and we are set off duty in the process. If you talk to support, it's like bots. They even delete our messages.
