1 ★Shoppers need to do better overall. I have experienced too much of shoppers being late with my orders, and not contacting of the delay. I have had to reach out those times, and call customer service to see what was going on with those orders. They need to always communicate with the customer. Especially if something changes. This type of service is unacceptable and it inconveniences. I will continue to use Instacart from now on. I am done completely with this app.
3 ★Super convenient yet such a disappointment. They are pretty fast and it's such a nice convenience which is why it's such a disappointment trying to get produce. We have had almost zero luck getting decent fruits and vegetables. I'm not sure if the shoppers need to be taught how to pick the best produce or the store they have hitched their business to just doesn't have a good selection. For regular packaged items they are great!
1 ★I used Shipt for the first time on vacation. We had no car with us and grocery stores were not nearby, so we needed groceries delivered. I scheduled a delivery from Shipt 24 hours in advance. At the exact time it was supposed to arrive, I received a text that it would be rescheduled for 12 hours later, at a time I would not be available. Then it was rescheduled again after that, leaving us with zero food for over 36 hours. Customer service couldn't offer any solutions. They took my money though
5 ★shipt is a life saver. I have not been to a grocery store in over a year. I place my order anytime and I can continue my daily activities without having to worry about getting to the grocery store. shoppers are in constant contact so I know exactly when they will drop off. you can do multiple store orders at once. the hours I've saved is priceless.
1 ★The shoppers are what make this such a horrible experience. I have had issues in the past but could always look past it for the convenience, however this is not worth the money or the time. Cancelled multiple items with little to no communication. I ordered at 5pm and the person didn't start shopping untill my order was due at 9pm. Do not waste your time with this.
2 ★Very finicky fussy app to use. I often have to fuss with it to sign in, which is quite difficult when you're trying to depend on them for your grocery needs. It's inconvenient that they do not automatically keep me logged in. They are already lagging far behind instacart, not being as good as a service and atop of that, they can't even have an app that runs smoothly.
3 ★The service I receive from shipt Shoppers deserves more than five stars, but I think the app has some room for improvement. I buy large quantities of things for my business, and I'd like the ability to arrive at the desired number a little more easily than pressing the plus button over and over and over until I reach a number like 40 or something. Also, I'd like to see more real-time accuracy with the stores' inventory.
5 ★due to severe arthritis I have been unable to get around grocery store and Shipt has been a lifesaver. The people they have doing the shopping and delivery are wonderful. They have all been so pleasant and make sure my order is as if I had gone myself. I have even let them pick substitutes which I now like better than what I ordered. Keep up the good work and keep the exceptional shoppers. They help people with disabilities to stay in their homes. Thank you.
3 ★Can you just make your app run better? I use meijer and a lot of items are missing or I have to search for items within items for some reason. My latest find was an item with the incorrect picture on it so i got the wrong item I needed. The app is nice but can you correct all of the inconsistencies with it?
5 ★I thought these grocery things were kind of dumb until I tried it. Turns out, I was wrong. Saves me an hour or two each week for $100/year. Worth it. I've found most of the shoppers to be very courteous too
1 ★I have got to find a new app I'm just so tired of fighting with the glitchiness of this app They only update things that make them more sales but they don't make the app work any better. I still have to use instacart to supplement my shopping experience because the Shipt app is not complete enough to know what's in the stores and I'm just fed up with it. The prices are higher, it doesn't work well, It's not dependable. It would probably be ok if I hadn't tried so many great shopping apps .
2 ★Difficult to unsubscribe. The app was easy to use. Very intuitive except for membership cancellations, which require emailing customer support. It's like they're being intentionally predatory, and hoping you'll just keep paying rather than deal with the hassle of ending a membership.
