5 ★Really easy to use application, convenient and pretty well set in general !!!!!!!
4 ★The usability of the app is great. I particularly like that almost all food items come with a photo, which makes it easy to choose. I gave 4 instead of 5 because the method of specifying an entry point on the map can still be improved. Since the location balloon raises every time you move it, it is really hard to get the desired location. Feedback for the UX team: Instead of rising the location balloon, try giving it transparency. Despite that, great experience overall so far.
4 ★Great app but there should be an option to have the details like phone contact and name of the courier person in case of any funny behaviour during the transit of the goods. I witnessed a case where the courier person was calling with a private number and wasnt being professional over the phone. The customer service personnel on ground wasn't helpful either. Secondly there isn't any means to report a customer service personnel. Deetails like this can help us report appropriately
3 ★Difficult to explain, the interface is just misleading. You can never know if the food is being prepared, delivered, or what's going on. Often late, often errors in the order. Still better than any other food delivery platform though. ☝️

2 ★Who thought it was a good idea to change the maximum preparation time from 60 minutes to 25 minutes for restaurants? All it means is that a place can take at most 2-3 orders before having to go offline. There's literally no point in using rush mode anymore, because the moment we get clients inside as well, we have to go offline.

Short}, so I will describe it as { spot on &right into the point 👌 } however ..I did noticed that if they have offered a promotions or such it would appear in a Georgian language!! Which I can't read. So hopefully next time in English please. Other than this.. didi madloba .
2 ★When everything is ok and smooth with an order then the application works easily. However any modification or cancellation is possible only via a chat and their support is just annoying, full of emojis, ineffective and slow chatting. This makes their service and thus the app as well way less satisfying.
1 ★Noticeable declining customer service... Also, WARNING: don't use refferal code in your WG cause everyone one who uses it might get banned from using the service without notice. It seems at the beginning they we're all about customer service, now its about saving money no matter the cost. Sadly another case of the classic decline in company values. Yes Lieferando isn't much better, but sadly this company seems to head towards the same trajectory as all other delivery services sooner of later.
1 ★Horrible delivery service. Orders get really delayed and this is troublesome when you have a specific time for lunch break at work
5 ★Consistently efficient, consistently polite delivery. The fact that restaurant menus change in real time to reflect new dishes or ones that they have run out of is very useful. Anytime there is a problem the staff are amazingly quick and efficient in sorting an issue out, no matter how minor. Truly difficult to fault. The service, the choice of restaurants, the suggestions, the 'service with a smile' attitude, it's all just brilliant. Well done guys.
