Omnii is a privacy-conscious Social Media and Messaging application that aims to keep the user in control of their data; and in turn, does not rely on targeted advertisement or the selling of user data to make money. Omnii's mission is to provide a secure and positive Social Media and Messaging experience while enabling users to interact with their friends and family. Omnii believes you, the user, should be able to Own Your Data. Omnii does not sell any of its users' data, nor does Omnii collect any of its users' data. All data that a user generates can be shared, edited, deleted, etc. at the user's discretion.Omnii key features at the moment include:
- Normal SMS/MMS text messaging
- Encrypted phone contacts
- Encrypted text messaging
- Encrypted Social Media posting
- No data collection
- No targeted advertisement or any advertisement
- The ability to see all the phones that have seen received your text messages/social media posts
- The ability to delete your text messages and social media posts from other peoples' phones
- Encrypted contacts, text message, and social media databases so other apps on your phone cannot spy on your activity
- The ability to send social media posts to a subset of your Followers (by use of Follower Groups like Family, Friends, and Co-workers)
- Enhanced messaging capabilities like message replies, updating messages, reactions, and more.

We are looking for feedback about what users like about the app, what they don't like, what kind of changes they would like to see in the app, and if they experience any bugs. Please note the messaging and social aspects of the application will only function if the application is set as your default messaging application. It is important to know that any messages received or sent will be stored in a proprietary database and this data is not exportable at this time. If you stop using Omnii then you will not be able to access any messages you sent/received while using Omnii. Contact information can be exported.
