With Rando Workout you can get away from performing the same exercises each time you go to the gym and keep your workouts new and exciting!
Rando Workout also gives you access to a myriad of unique exercises, their descriptions, instructions, tips, and more; with exercises constantly being updated.
How to use Rando Workout (Quick Version)
- Select the muscle groups you would like to train.
- Click 'Generate Workout' and Rando Workout will create a random workout for you with exercises from its exercise database.
How to use Rando Workout (with more custom workout attributes)
- Select the muscle groups you would like to train.
- Select how many exercises you would like to perform for each exercise.
- Based on your fitness goals, select how many sets and repetitions you would like to do for each exercise in your workout.
- Click 'Generate Workout' and Rando Workout will generate a random workout for your with a number of exercises from its own exercise database.
