3 ★Newest version of app has a bug. In playback & memory, when you check timeline and drag a timer to a specific time, it doesn't stop and starts Playing from there, rather it starts from the next 1 hour forward and so. e.g. if I start dragging a timer at 9:30a.m. it either shows 8:30am.preview or 10:30a.m. preview. Now to go to 9:30a.m. I have to select 8:30a.m. and boost speed to 16x until playback reaches 9:30am. This is ridiculous.

4 ★So far works well even when out on mobile data, only wish I could save files straight to my phone when motion is detected

5 ★I contacted the firm to ask if the infrared lights can be turned off but was informed I could not but I then found a setting set it to permanent day mode and this turned off the infrareds. This was to stop the infrared beam hitting and reflecting the net curtains, due to using it as a security camera. This information is not in the instructions. This is the only criticism I have with this product. A suggestion is to have it able to play on a smart TV to be able to use it for security purposes.

5 ★Excellent cameras!! Really love these cameras, i have two and they're just as good as my arlo cameras at a fraction of the price. Am able to keep an eye on my dog at night as he usually sleeps on the sofa. Brilliant cameras and haven't had any problems with them and i've had them since January this year. Cheap cameras but very good clear pictures from them.

4 ★Recording skip and low sound in inbuilt spaleaker after updation. Pls clear the bugs early. Experiencing difficulties due to this.
