1 ★Always logs me out so notifications never work. Terrible app, terrible company.
1 ★Never works. Can't view cameras ever.
2 ★Same issues as other reviews. It worked great for a while, now it won't connect to Wi-Fi and nothing but errors. Contacted support, but it just goes in circles with unhelpful advice. Ditched it and went with another company and found a much better quality camera with no streaming issues and far better audio. Sorry Foscam, but I had to move on.
2 ★Annoying ADs everywhate about buying cloud storage.
1 ★Since the most recent update can't access my cams, one of which is up high on a building front...
2 ★Worked great until the last update. Now it doesn't.
3 ★So my camera was taking forever to load and was only showing the same screen from 3 days ago with no change of time, date, ect....updated: sop couldn't find the problem and finally just webby home and unplugged everything, and plugged it back in --Result-- still loads slow, but it's up to date and running ;) and speed is a "little" faster at getting to the live screen than before. Haven't had any of problems other than that so far
2 ★Very bad app. The camera time is screwed up. Every morning at around 8am, I will check the cams. They show wrong time, for example the cams show 2am. I have to sync the time. So the videos captured show the wrong time. If the videos need to be used as evidence, they are useless. My understanding is Foscam updates the app periodically, but why such an important setting and serious bug is overlooked ?
5 ★Great so far. It's been 2 months and love it The cruise though says that it'll stop after 2 hours but it's more like 15 minutes. I'd appreciate some help with correcting this.
1 ★Doesn't work 80% of the time. I thought I liked it at first because it was working decently (approx 90%) and you could watch the last 8 hours of recorded feed for free. However that all ended and now you can't watch any of the feed for free at all and the camera can't be bothered to work anytime I want to check on the kids. I am very disappointed that I spent so much money on a wasteful product. I have many daycare providers I was going to recommend this too, however I guess I won't be now.
1 ★Super bad app full of bugs!!! Places unwanted ads as photo(!) in your photo gallery, cannot scan QR code from clear images although it pretends to support it. Cannot connect to Foscam cams sooo often! Was forced to switch to their app for P2P instead of DDNS, because Foscam stopped DDNS which worked fine. Their P2P connection with their cams sucks. Cannot connect to WiFi networks with SSID having a hyphen character or underscore or whatever. Better switch to other IP cam vendors, dear readers!
1 ★New issue: The app won't now connect when on mobile data, only wifi (was working fine on data last week). I have checked my settings and 'wifi only for streaming' is deselected. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. What's the use of only being able to check the camera when connected to wifi??! Defeats the whole point of being able to keep an eye on things when you're out and about.
