1 ★I agree with the comment of Ryan de Guzman. This app requires you to log in everytime and asks for OTP that is valid for 5 mins only. The OTP however is sent after 15 mins. Shame on this telecom. I understand the security feature in place BUT, I don't understand why A TELECOM can't send urgent messages ON TIME. THIS APP IS USELESS.
1 ★I CAN'T EVEN TYPE MY NUMBER IN LOGIN FORM, WHY IS THAT? IT AUTO FILL-UP THE MOBILE NUMBER THAT I AM USING IN MY CELLPHONE BUT CAN'T EDIT IT? CAN YOU FIX IT? SINCE YOU STARTED DEVELOPING THIS APP, THAT IS THE ONLY BUG I WANT TO FIX.
1 ★So bad when you register to PAYMAYA WALLET.. its so damn annoying!!! I tried many times in registering but when it comes to upload the video selfie it will just say "the video needs to be a mp4" then how come that the video is not mp4?!! You just waste my load!
2 ★Giving you a 2-star doesn't mean it wasn't good enough, its just that I can't hardly activate my paymaya wallet for some reason. I hope you can fix this and pay attention with my concern cuz I started like this app since I got 2-₱100 on my load wallet given by Ka-Partner app as a reward.
1 ★Useless and pointless app. Why not just integrate it with Paymaya. There's lots of options now to buy mobile load and an app for load retailing is just POINTLESS! The last thing I want is to manage multiple accounts on multiple apps.
1 ★This app sucks! I received a txt msg that i have received 100 for being amongst those who 1st to have downloaded the app. Upon checking there was none. I cannot even load my customers or my own number

1 ★Just wanted to update and edit my feedback since the application was also upgraded. Yet, I had a hard time to reload my load wallet via 7/11. Then the paymay account cant connect with the apps. Always says that invalid pin even its correct. Also limited load options. The other load is not available. They say that the promotions ends. Why only promotion? Example the giga all net. Very disappointing.
1 ★Useless. Allow your application to run in mobile phones with 2 gb ram. Note that most of your users are retailers and not all retailers have phones with (at least) 3gb ram. We find it difficult to load promos using *343#.
1 ★Very lousy. (1) Cannot add numbers from phonebook to suki list (manual entry required). (2) Not capable to enter custom denomination (3) Cannot add to suki list the current number I am trying to load, (4) cannot use biometrics upon opening the app - I have to enter "long" password then wait for 6 digit verification code -- tagal bago makaload. I can't believe this app is made by Smart Communications. It's a disgrace for a big company.
1 ★You cant edit the number that you need to login because it autofills the login details. You really need to have the retailer sim installed in cp. Most promos are not available on the app so it is best to use the bar phone instead for loading.and the data sold not using the app is not reflected on this app. Transaction history solely relies on the transactions made within the app. This app is just a waste of data.
1 ★I had registered to the app, but the issue is that whenever I try load someone, it hangs. I thought it was because of the connection so I wasted some of my money and same thing happened. Please fix this. If not, I'll just have to stick with *343# mode.
